Goalie Start

Heeter will start his first NHL game on Sunday.

Heeter has gone 16-25-2 with a 2.65 GAA ad .912 SV% with Adirondack (AHL) this season. He will make his NHL debut today vs. the Hurricanes. I wouldn't suggest starting a guy in his NHL debut on the final day of the fantasy season.

Heeter's return to the AHL suggests that Ray Emery must be feeling better and ready to resume his role as Steve Mason's backup.

#Flyers have agreed to a two-year contract beginning in 2012-13 with Ohio State goaltender Cal Heeter, according to GM Paul Holmgren.

Heeter gives the Flyers more depth but is probably the fourth or fifth goalie on the depth chart right now.
