Hutton allowed three goals on 34 shots in the Blues overtime loss in Dallas on Saturday. Hutton, who at one point had a GAA below 2.00 this season, now carries a 2.02 GAA and .934 SV% into Thursday’s game in St. Louis. Hutton has gone 6-2-3 with a 2.27 GAA and .926 SV% on the road this season.

He will look to win his second in a row in Dallas this afternoon—the Stars have lost five of their last eight games.

In his last three appearances, Hutton has surrendered 12 goals on 81 shots (.852 SV%) and the Blues come into Wednesday on a seven-game losing streak. Despite the rough stretch, Hutton has a solid matchup with Detroit in town—he is 9-5-0 with a 1.89 GAA and .937 SV% on home ice.

He stopped 38 of 41 shots in a 4-3 win in his first start vs. Colorado, but that was way back when they were still a terrible team.

He stopped 38 of 41 shots in a 4-3 win in his first start vs. Colorado, but that was way back when they were still a terrible team.
