So we are treating him in accordance with concussion protocol.’’ To the best of my knowledge, Moreau did not have any issues at the time he was assigned to Manchester.
A concussion could explain Moreau's ineffectiveness at the NHL level. Regardless, the veteran left wing has no fantasy hockey value while in the minors.
