Lundqvist allowed three goals on 28 shots in the Rangers loss to the Jets on Tuesday. The loss snapped Lundqvist’s three-game winning streak to start the season. He has been great so far and will need to be great tonight as he goes up against Carey Price. Lundqvist enters play with a 2.26 GAA and .933 SV%.


Lundqvist allowed two goals on 39 shots in the Rangers’ 5-2 win over the Blue Jackets on Saturday. Lundqvist has enjoyed a stellar start to the 2015-16 season, winning his first three starts while allowing just six goals on 106 shots (.943 SV%). He draws a strong matchup tonight vs. the Jets who lost badly to the Islanders on Monday.

Lundqvist stopped 31 of 33 shots that he faced in the Rangers’ 4-2 win in Columbus last night. He will start on back-to-back nights as the Rangers welcome the Blue Jackets for their home opener. Lundqvist has stopped 63 of 65 shots (.940 SV%) that he’s faced en route to a 2-0 start.

Lundqvist stopped 32 of 34 shots that he faced in Wednesday’s season opening win in Chicago. This is the type of performance we’ve become accustom to seeing from King Henrik over the years. Tonight he will take on a Blue Jackets team that he was 2-0-0 with a 1.94 GAA and .941 SV% against in 2014-15.

Lundqvist comes into the season after going 2-0-0 with a 2.25 GAA and .933 SV% in three preseason outings. He didn’t face the Blackhawks last season, but he was a strong 14-5-1 with a 2.14 GAA and .925 SV% in 20 road starts. He is one of the league’s top goaltenders and in a short fantasy week, he should be started in all formats, despite a tough matchup.

Lundqvist gave up one goal on 22 shots in the Rangers 1-0 loss in Washington in Game 3. The goal was a fluky one and hardly on Lundqvist, who has outstanding yet again. Despite the Rangers being down 2-1 in the series, King Henrik has posted a 1.68 GAA and .940 SV% through three games in this series.

Lundqvist made 30 saves on 32 shots in the Rangers 3-2 win over the Capitals in Game 2. Lundqvist has gone 5-2 with a 1.67 GAA and .938 SV% in seven starts in the postseason. In his first two starts on the road, he has gone 2-0 with a 0.97 GAA and .957 SV%.


Lundqvist made 37 saves in the Rangers Game 5 win over the Penguins last Friday. They have been off for nearly a week now, but will start the second round on Thursday vs. Washington. King Henrik has gone 2-0-0 with a 2.00 GAA and .929 SV% against the Capitals this season. The last time he faced Washington in the playoffs, he posted a 1.65 GAA, .947 SV% and two shutouts in the seven-game win in 2013.

Lundqvist stopped 22 of 23 shots in the Rangers 2-1 OT win over the Penguins in Game 4. The win gave New York a 3-1 series lead and the chance to knock Pittsburgh out at home tonight. King Henrik has posted a 1.74 GAA and .926 SV% in the first four games of the series.

Lundqvist made 23 saves on 24 shots in the Rangers 2-1 win over the Penguins in Game 3. It was a nice bounce-back performance from King Henrik, who had a rough outing in Game 2. Tonight he will look to give the Rangers a 3-1 series lead—he has gone 2-0-1 with a 1.62 GAA and .948 SV% in Pittsburgh this season.

Lundqvist allowed four goals on 22 shots in the Rangers 4-3 loss to the Penguins in Game 2. It was an ugly performance compared to Game 1, but expect King Henrik to be better tonight in Game 3. He was 14-5-1 with a 2.14 GAA and .925 SV% in 20 starts on the road this season.

Lundqvist stopped 24 of 25 shots in the Rangers 2-1 win over the Penguins in game 1. The Rangers did a good job of neutralizing Sidney Crosby and Evgeni Malkin and if they continue to do that it should be an easy series for Lundqvist. He was 16-8-2 with a 2.35 GAA and .920 SV% in 26 starts at home.

Lundqvist missed nearly two months with a neck injury, but returned to his old form when he got back. He won five of seven with a 2.28 GAA and .924 SV% down the stretch. Lundqivst has gone 43-48 with a 2.24 GAA, .922 SV% and nine shutouts in 92 career NHL playoff starts.


Lundqvist stopped 24 of 26 shots in the Rangers loss to the Senators on Thursday. It was a meaningless game and it appeared as if Lundqvist was injured at one point, but with just six games under his belt since the injury, coach Vigneault will go with him again in the season finale. Since coming back he is 4-2-0 with a 2.32 GAA and .925 SV%.

Lundqvist allowed three goals on 32 shots in the Rangers OT win over the Blue Jackets on Monday. Lundqvist has gone four in a row while posting a 1.97 GAA and .938 SV%. He will start the last two games of the regular season and it will start tonight where he will try to spoil the Senators playoff push.

Lundqvist stopped 35 of 36 shots in the Rangers 6-1 win over the Devils on Saturday. Lundqvist has won three in a row while posting a 1.67 GAA and .949 SV%. Tonight he will take on a Blue Jackets team who have won nine consecutive games while registering 4.33 goals per game over that span.
