Tallinder did not even miss a game after injuring his wrist on Tuesday. Expect him to man the top defensive pairing tonight.
Lamoriello expects Tallinder to be able to practice on Thursday and then a decision will be made on whether he’ll play in Friday’s game against Dallas.
Sounds like Tallinder will miss minimal playing time. Expect Alexander Urbom to draw back in for the veteran if necessary.
Defenseman Henrik Tallinder had his left wrist wrapped in ice after the game as he was still hurting from a slash from Florida’s Brian Campbell with 2:28 left in overtime. Tallinder said he had not gotten an X-ray on his wrist yet.
