BOSTON, MA – Boston Bruins General Manager Peter Chiarelli announced today that the club has assigned defenseman Andrew Bodnarchuk and forward Josh Hennessy to the Providence Bruins (American Hockey League).

Both players will stay fresh in the AHL and play today. They should be recalled shortly after.
