Ramo allowed three goals on 26 shots in the Flames loss to the Blue Jackets on Saturday. Ramo has gone 4-1-1 with a 2.88 GAA and .909 SV% in seven starts this month. Tonight will be his third start against the Avalanche—he has gone 1-1-0 with a 3.00 GAA and .891 SV% in the firs two meetings.

Ramo allowed three goals on 26 shots in the Flames loss in Colorado. Jonas Hiller started vs. St. Louis on Tuesday, so it will be Ramo tonight vs. the Flyers. Ramo has gone 5-6-1 with a 3.08 GAA and .897 SV% against Eastern Conference opponents this season.

Ramo allowed three goals on 32 shots in the Flames win over the Ducks on Wednesday. Ramo has won three of his last four games despite posting a 3.38 GAA and .907 SV%. He made 26 saves in a 4-3 OT win over the Avalanche in his first start vs. Colorado.

Ramo allowed four goals on 23 shots in the Flames loss in Ottawa on Sunday. Despite the loss, the Flames will go back to him for the seventh time in eight games. Ramo has won three of his previous six outings while posting a 2.18 GAA and .937 SV%. He has not faced the Ducks yet this season, but has gone 5-3-1 at home.

Ramo allowed three goals on 37 shots in the Flames shootout win over the Bruins on Thursday. He has won three of his last five, while posting a 1.58 GAA and .952 SV%. Tonight he will face a surging Senators, who have played excellent in front of Andrew Hammond, but will get Craig Anderson back tonight.

Ramo allowed two goals on 37 shots in the Flames win in Philadelphia on Tuesday. Ramo has played very well as of late; he has gone 2-2-0 with a 1.26 GAA and .962 SV% in his last four starts. Tonight he will take on a Bruins team who have won three of their last four.

Ramo allowed one goal on 38 shots in the Flames 2-1 loss to the Islanders on Friday. He has gone 1-2-0 despite posting a 1.02 GAA and .968 SV% in his last three starts. Tonight he will start in Philadelphia, having gone 5-4-0 with a 1.86 GAA and .937 SV% on the road this season.

Ramo turned aside 26 of 27 shots in the Flames 3-1 win over the Devils on Wednesday. He has stopped 54 of 56 shots (.964 SV%) in his his last two starts, which has earned him a third consecutive outing. Tonight he starts on Long Island—Ramo has gone 5-3-0 with a 1.95 GAA and .931 SV% on the road.

Ramo stopped 28 of 29 shots in the Flames 1-0 shutout loss to the Rangers last night. The strong outing has earned him the nod on back-to-back nights for the first time this season. He allowed four goals on 29 shots in a 5-4 shootout win in his first start against the Devils this season.

Ramo allowed three goals on 11 shots in the Flames loss to the Bruins on February 16th. Jonas Hiller did not fare so well in his last two outings, so the Flames will turn to Ramo tonight in New York. Ramo has one start vs. the Rangers this season—he was yanked after giving up four goals on 13 shots in what turned out to be a 5-2 loss back in December.

Ramo surrendered two goals on 30 shots in the Flames 3-2 win over Vancouver on Saturday. The strong outing earned Ramo another start tonight vs. the Bruins. He has not faced Boston yet this year, but is 5-3-1 with a 2.80 GAA and .898 SV% at the Scotiabank Saddledome.

Ramo stopped all five shots that he faced after replacing Jonas Hiller on Thursday. He makes his first start since January 7th. Ramo has gone 8-5-1 with a 2.60 GAA and .906 SV% so far this season. He will face the Canucks at home, where he is 4-3-1 this season.

The Flames have activated Karri Ramo (upper-body) from IR.

Ramo has missed the last five games with an upper-body injury, but could be back in goal on Wednesday. The Flames placed Ladislav Smid on IR to make room for Ramo to be activated, so they will carry three goalies for the time being.

Ramo did not practice on Wednesday and will miss his second straight game with an upper-body injury, but will accompany the team on their four-game trip and could play before the All-Star break. Joni Ortio will start with Jonas Hiller as his back-up tomorrow night.

Ramo is eligible to be activated from IR and play on Thursday, but that decision likely won’t be made until Thursday. With two capable goaltenders currently on the roster, the Flames won’t rush Ramo.

Head coach Bob Hartley said that Ramo’s injury is minor and the news is pretty good. Ramo was placed on IR this morning which means he will miss at least the next two games. Jonas Hiller is confirmed to start on Friday, with no decision for Saturday’s game.
