The NHL announced yesterday that it has reduced Phoenix forward Paul Bissonnette's suspension from 10 games to three games for his conduct in leaving his team's bench to join an altercation during a preseason game vs. Los Angeles.

Bissonnette received a game misconduct - which calls for an automatic 10-game suspension - in the first period after leaving the bench to fight Kings forward Jordan Nolan in reaction to his hit on Coyotes defenseman Rostislav Klesla.
