Rinne will start Tuesday vs. the Wild.

Rinne allowed three goals on 30 shots in the Predators loss in Winnipeg last Friday. Juuse Faros started the Predators shootout win in Minnesota on Sunday, but Rinne will start the second game of the home-and-home. Rinne stopped 29 of 31 shots in a win in his first start vs. the Wild and is 15-9-0 with a 2.26 GAA, .915 SV% and two shutouts on home-ice this season.

Rinne allowed three goals on 27 shots in the Predators loss to the Red Wings on Tuesday. Detroit seems to have the Predators number as of late and it led to Rinne’s third loss in four games—he allowed 11 goals on 112 shots (.902 SV%) over that stretch. Tonight he faces the Habs on home-ice, where he is 12-8-3 with a 2.27 GAA, .914 SV% and two shutouts this season.

Rinne allowed three goals on 26 shots in the Predators loss to the Stars on Saturday. Rinne has gone 1-3-1 with a 4.05 GAA and .879 SV% in his last five outings. He’ll try to right the ship tonight against Arizona, who played last night and are extremely banged up right now. Rinne remains a sold option despite his recent struggles.
