Leonard is a possibility to make his NHL debut in Boston on Tuesday.
Leonard was the eight-overall pick of the Washington Capitals in the 2023 NHL Entry Draft. The talented 20-year-old forward playing collegiate hockey with Boston University (H-East) the previous two seasons, including scoring 49 points (30G / 19A) in 37 games in the 2024-25 campaign.
