Rask left Thursday’s game after a puck hit him in the throat and did not return. He said after the game that he was OK, but his availability for Friday’s practice suggests that he could start on Saturday.
Rask made three saves before he was hit in the throat by a Roman Josi shot and was forced from the game. After the game, Rask said that he “was going to be okay,” so monitor his status prior to Saturday’s game vs. the Flyers.
