He has played extremely well all season-long, posting a 1.80 GAA and .945 SV% in five starts. Demko will start Monday in Philadelphia. Demko surrendered five goals on 23 shots in the Canucks loss to the Avalanche on November 15th. Jacob Markstrom has started the last three games but Demko will go head-to-head with Carter Hart on Monday. He's played well this season but has allowed at least three goals in three straight games, posting an .883 SV% during that span. Vasilevskiy will start Monday vs. the Sabres. Vasilevskiy allowed two goals on 38 shots in the Lightning's win over the Ducks on Saturday. With the victory, Vasilevskiy became the franchise leader in wins with 132. The win also snapped a two-game losing skid for Vasilevskiy, who is 3-2-0 with a .915 SV% in his last five outings. It was an outstanding outing for Rittich, who has gone 5-3-1 with a 2.72 GAA, .912 SV% and one shutout in his last nine starts.
