Coming off a 3-1 win over the New York Rangers yesterday afternoon, the Hurricanes are expected to turn to Tokarski between the pipes in the tail end of their back-to-back. Tokarski played his first NHL game since the 2022-23 season last week and saved 27 of 28 shots (.964 SV%) in a 4-1 victory over the Columbus Blue Jackets. The 35-year-old Tokarski has a 3.12 GAA and .903 SV% in 81 career NHL appearances (24-34-12). On a busy 13-game slate in the NHL, Tokarski ranks in the top five amongst all projected netminders with a 52.8 implied win percentage. At only 4% owned, Tokarski makes for a great streaming option before the holiday break.
