Husso has been assigned to the Grand Rapids Griffins (AHL), an indication that Cam Talbot (lower body) is likely ready to return to the lineup for the Red Wings. In eight games with the Red Wings things season (1-4-2), Husso struggled with a 3.47 GAA and .877 SV%.

Ross Johnston draw back into the Ducks lineup on Wednesday against the Winnipeg Jets, sending Leason to the press box as a healthy scratch. The 25-year-old Leason has been productive from a depth role for the Ducks this season, scoring 10 points (3G / 7A) in 24 games.

Brett Leason will be a healthy scratch on Wednesday against the Winnipeg Jets, allowing Johnston to re-enter the lineup. The 21-year-old Johnston will return from a one-game absence looking to add to his four points (1G / 3A) through 21 games this season.

Lacombe will immediately re-enter Anaheim's lineup after sitting out Wednesday night's game in Ottawa. Olen Zellweger will somewhat surprisingly be healthy scratched in Lacombe's place.

Zellweger was a surprise absence on Thursday and was not announced as a scratch prior to warmups. Jackson Lacombe will draw into the lineup in his place while Pavel Mintyukov will likely fill Zellweger's spot on Anaheim's first power-play unit.

Fabbri hasn't placed since November 10th after underdoing knee surgery and was a surprise addition to the Ducks lineup on Thursday. The nine-year-veteran has just two goals and zero assists in 14 games this season.

The Ducks will turn to Dostal for the tail-end of their back-to-back in Toronto on Thursday. Dostal is fresh off a 3-2 shootout loss to the Canadiens on Monday when he stopped 19 of the 21 shots he faced. The 24-year-old netminder owns an impressive .921 SV% on the season, but a lack of goal support has left him with an underwhelming 6-7-3 record. He'll have a tough time getting back in the win column on Thursday as the Ducks enter action as +330 underdogs to the Maple Leafs.

Colangelo will take a seat on Wednesday to make way for Leo Carlsson's return from an upper-body injury. Colangelo is yet to register a point in eight games this season.

Lacombe will take a seat on Wednesday as Pavel Mintyukov draws back into the lineup. Lacombe has four goals and two assists in 20 games this season.
