Helleson was recalled from San Diego (AHL) after putting up a goal and two points along with 16 PIMs and a -5 plus/minus across 13 games. The 21-year-old is a 2nd round pick (47th overall) from 2019 and has yet to appear in an NHL game.
Johnston will fill in for Josh Bailey who is missing Monday's game due to an undisclosed injury. In limited action this season, Johnston has an assist in two games while averaging just 9:36 ATOI.

He will take on the high-scoring Edmonton Oilers who rank eighth in the NHL in GF/GP (3.57) and have won three of their last four games.
