Carlo suffered a laceration on his wrist during the morning skate and is questionable to play in Ottawa. Derek Forbort was set to be a healthy scratch but he will play if Carlo can't.
Regula has spent most of the season with the Rockford IceHogs but will play Friday after sitting as a healthy scratch on Thursday. The 21-year-old defenseman will replace Erik Gustafsson in the lineup.
Bergeron missed three games with an upper-body injury but is set to play Thursday against the Islanders. With Brad Marchand still suspended, Bergeron will centre a line with Taylor Hall and David Pastrnak. Bergeron has scored just one goal in his last 16 goals but has collected 10 assists over that span.
Kastelic has played in eight straight games but will be replaced by Dylan Gambrell in the lineup on Tuesday. Kastelic has one assist in eight games while averaging just 8:35 TOI/gm since joining the Senators in late January.
Bergeron skated in a non-contact jersey on Monday but will not travel with the team when they start their road trip on Tuesday. The Bruins said he could join them later in the trip but he will not play vs. the Rangers.
Marchand will be out until February 24th in Seattle and this suspension will leave the Bruins without Marchand and Patrice Bergeron on Thursday. Bergeron is dealing with an upper-body injury that he suffered on Tuesday. Jake DeBrusk will move up to the top-6 tomorrow with Marchand out.
Bergeron suffered an upper-body injury in Tuesday's loss to the Penguins and will miss at least one game. This is a huge blow for the Bruins, who will most likely also be without Brad Marchand due to a suspension. Without Bergeron or Marchand, Charlie Coyle and Jake DeBrusk moved up into the top-6 in Wednesday's practice.
Rask has not played since January 24th and will not practice for the rest of this week due to a lower-body injury. The Bruins said they will provide another update next week, but it's unclear what the future holds for the 34-year-old, who is 2-2-0 with a 4.28 GAA and .844 SV% in four games since re-joining the Bruins.
Kastelic was a fifth-round pick in 2019 and has spent the last year and a half in Belleville (AHL). The 6-foot-3, 210 lbs. centre, who has scored five goals with six assists (11 points) in 31 AHL games this season, will replace Josh Norris (shoulder).
Lettieri was a healthy scratch in Boston on Monday but will replace Derek Grant (lower-body) in the lineup on Wednesday. Lettieri has scored four goals with three assists (seven points) in 15 games this season.
