Orlov has three goals, 16 assists, 77 SOG and 10 PIMs across 43 games played this season but will be a healthy scratch Thursday as he is expected to be traded before the March 3rd trade deadline.

Slavin had three goals, eight assists, 16 PIMs and a -13 plus/minus through 51 games with the Rockford IceHogs (AHL) but has been dealt to Anaheim for Hunter Drew on Thursday.

Moving him to Abbotsford (AHL) clears the way for Thatcher Demko to return later this week. Arturs Silovs was recalled in a corresponding move, and he's expected to serve as Collin Delia's backup on Wednesday.

The 33-year-old has struggled all season despite injury woes, leading to a .895 SV%, 2.65 GAA and 11-4-0 record. He takes on the Washington Capitals, who snapped a two-game winning streak with a 4-1 loss to San Jose in their last game.
