MacDonald (undisclosed) will not play in Thursday's game against the Penguins.

Sharks head coach Dan Quinn stated earlier today that multiple Sharks were dealing with an illness, so that is what's likely holding MacDonald out of the lineup. Kevin Labanc will draw in as the Sharks will be forced to dress 13 forwards and only five defensemen.

Attard will make his Flyers' season debut on Thursday in Florida.

Attard last appeared in the NHL in April of 2023 and will find himself in Philadelphia's lineup for the first time in the 2023-24 season as he replaces the traded Sean Walker. The 24-year-old is still technically a rookie even though he appeared in 15 games in 2021-22 and had four points (2G/2A) and eight PIMs during that season.

Foudy was the 75th overall pick of the Avalanche in the 2020 NHL Entry Draft. In 12 games with the Colorado Eagles (AHL), Foudy has six points (2G / 4A) this season.
