The Bruins have assigned Jeremy Lauzon to Providence (AHL).
Lauzon was suspended for two games but goes back to the AHL with Brandon Carlo back from a personal matter. The 22-year-old has 13 points (1G / 12A) in 45 AHL games this season.
Stamkos (lower-body) will not play on Monday.
Stamkos did not come out for the Lightning's morning skate and will not play tonight in Columbus. Stamkos is day-to-day with a lower-body injury, so Mathieu Joseph was recalled from Syracuse (AHL) and will draw into the lineup. Ondrej Palat will move to the top-line with Brayden Point and Nikita Kucherov.
The NHL suspended Jeremey Lauzon for two games for his illegal check to the head on Derek Stepan.
Lauzon hit Stepan up high on Saturday and Stepan was hurt briefly but returned to the game. With Lauzon out, Brandon Carlo (personal) rejoined the team on Sunday played in Detroit.

Saros allowed two goals on 39 shots in the Predators win in Calgary on Thursday. Saros has won three straight while posting a 2.32 GAA and .934 SV% and will make his third straight start tonight in Edmonton. The 24-year-old netminder has gone 7-4-3 with a 3.15 GAA and .905 SV% on the road this year.
Borowiecki (personal) did not travel on the Senators two-game road trip.
Borowiecki and his wife are expecting a baby soon so he stayed back in Ottawa while Andreas Englund was recalled from Binghamton (AHL) and travelled to Winnipeg. Expect Borowiecki to be back in the lineup when the Senators host the Coyotes next Thursday.
The Senators have recalled Andreas Englund from Belleville.
Mark Borowiecki and his wife are expecting a baby soon so he is unlikely to travel to Winnipeg for Saturday's game, hence the recalling of Englund. The 6-foot-4, 205 lbs. defenseman has two assists in 12 games with the Senators this season.

Tonight he faces a Flames team that is stumbling, going 1-3-1 with 2.80 goals per game in their last five.

Bellows will make his NHL debut on Tuesday.
Bellows took Tom Kuhnhakl's spot in the lineup at Monday's practice, skating on the third line with Derick Brassard and Michael Dal Colle. The 21-year-old winger has 16 goals with eight assists (24 points) in 45 AHL games this season and should provide an offensive spark for the Islanders bottom-6.
The Islanders have recalled Kieffer Bellows from Bridgeport (AHL).
Bellows was the No.19 overall pick in 2016 and has scored 16 goals with eight assists (24 points) in 45 AHL games this season. The 21-year-old could make his NHL debut Tuesday vs. the Stars.
The Maple Leafs have recalled Kevin Gravel from Toronto (AHL).
There's no indication whether or not Gravel is being called up to play. The 27-year-old hasn't played a lot of hockey this season, appearing in just three games with the Maple Leafs and eight with the Marlies.
Sissons will return to the Predators lineup on Thursday.

Lauzon played in the final game before the Bruins' bye-week, scoring the second goal of his NHL career vs. Vegas. He went to the AHL over the break and now has 13 points (1G / 12A) in 45 games with Providence.
Sissons will remain out of the Predators lineup on Wednesday.
Sissons was recalled from his conditioning stint prior to Monday's game, practiced on Tuesday but still won't play in Washington. Head coach John Hynes said that he could return tomorrow vs. the Devils or Saturday vs. the Golden Knights.
