Stamkos did not come out for the Lightning's morning skate and will not play tonight in Columbus. Stamkos is day-to-day with a lower-body injury, so Mathieu Joseph was recalled from Syracuse (AHL) and will draw into the lineup. Ondrej Palat will move to the top-line with Brayden Point and Nikita Kucherov.

Bellows was the No.19 overall pick in 2016 and has scored 16 goals with eight assists (24 points) in 45 AHL games this season. The 21-year-old could make his NHL debut Tuesday vs. the Stars.

There's no indication whether or not Gravel is being called up to play. The 27-year-old hasn't played a lot of hockey this season, appearing in just three games with the Maple Leafs and eight with the Marlies.

Sissons was recalled from his conditioning stint prior to Monday's game, practiced on Tuesday but still won't play in Washington. Head coach John Hynes said that he could return tomorrow vs. the Devils or Saturday vs. the Golden Knights.
