Perunovich will fill in for Justin Faulk, who is out with an upper-body injury. Perunovich has two goals and four assists in 22 games this season, and will make his first appearance since December 20th.

The Islanders enter Monday's contest as -147 home favorites against a reeling Buffalo Sabres squad amid a 13-game losing skid (0-10-3).
