J.T. Miller did not make the team trip to Dallas and is considered day-to-day with an undisclosed injury.

Miller has 20 goals, 34 assists, 163 SOG, 42 PIMs and a -15 plus/minus through 59 games with the Canucks this season but will miss Monday's contest vs. Dallas due to an undisclosed injury. Miller's name has been floating around in trade rumours as of late but this seems to just be an injury.

He takes on the Winnipeg Jets, who are in a bit of a slump having lost five of their last seven game after a 4-2 loss to New Jersey last game.

The Canucks loaned Spencer Martin to Abbotsford (AHL).

Martin cleared waivers on Tuesday and was sent to the AHL to start Tuesday's game. He started the 2022-23 season off OK, going 6-1-1 with a .907 SV%, but his game fell off a cliff in December, going 5-14-0 with an .854 SV% in his last 21 appearances. Moving him to Abbotsford (AHL) clears the way for Thatcher Demko to return later this week. Arturs Silovs was recalled in a corresponding move, and he's expected to serve as Collin Delia's backup on Wednesday.

Gavrikov is one of the Blue Jackets' key trade pieces before the March 3rd Trade Deadline and will be a healthy scratch Tuesday as the team protects their asset. The 27-year-old's Columbus tenure will end with has three goals, seven assists, 61 SOG, 30 PIMs and a -8 plus/minus through 52 games this season.
