In his first season with the Lightning, Elliott has gone 9-3-3 with a 2.23 GAA and .921 SV% in 16 games (14 starts). The 37-year-old has been terrific in a limited role behind Andrei Vasilevskiy and the Lightning need as many cheap options as they can find.
Atkinson left Tuesday's game in Washington after playing just 5:08 TOI and is considered doubtful to play Wednesday in Philadelphia. Oskar Lindholm will likely draw back into the lineup to replace him.
Moser has missed the last 12 games with an upper-body injury but is set to play Tuesday vs. the Devils. Moser will replace Vladislav Kolyachonok on the Coyotes' blueline and re-enters with 12 points (3G / 9A) in 33 games.
Ylonen did not play Saturday in Toronto but is expected to replace Michael Pezzetta in the Canadiens' bottom-6 on Monday. Ylonen, who spent most of the season in the AHL, has five points (2G / 3A) in 13 games with Montreal.
Sheary missed Friday's practice and will not play Saturday afternoon vs. the Penguins. Sheary is expected to be replaced by Garnet Hathaway on the top line.
Ylonen played in six straight games, picking up one goal and two assists, but will be replaced by Michael Pezzetta (upper-body) on Saturday.
The Capitals have a bit of a bug going around right now and Sheary is the latest player to deal with it.
