Connauton is a little banged up and is not expected to play Friday vs. the Devils. Connauton will be replaced by Alex Goligoski, who returns after a one-game absence with an illness.

Schmaltz missed Wednesday’s game with an upper-body injury and could miss an extended period of time. Laurent Dauphin has been recalled from the AHL to fill-in for Schmaltz while he is out.
Schmaltz was forced to leave Sunday’s game vs. Vegas with a lower-body injury and will not play on Wednesday. Schmaltz is listed as day-to-day, which makes him questionable for Friday’s game vs. the Devils.
Maatta is not expected to be in the lineup in Minnesota on Monday. Look for Jamie Oleksiak to draw back into the lineup for Maatta.
Bjugstad took part in the Panthers morning skate but will not play Thursday against Toronto. Bjugstad could potentially return on Saturday, which would force the Panthers to demote a forward.
Bortuzzo has been with the Blues since 2015, collecting nine goals and 16 assists (25 points) in 175 games. Bortuzzo will continue serving as a bottom-pairing defenseman for the Blues for the next three seasons.

Carcone, 22, was an undrafted free agent who was in his third season with Utica (AHL). Carcone was fourth among Comets in points, picking up 17 points (6G / 11A) in 20 games this season. He will report to the Toronto Marlies (AHL), clearing a roster spot for William Nylander.
Bortuzzo has not played since October 20th but will be back in the lineup tonight in Colorado. Bortuzzo, who will replace Jordan Schmaltz, has just one goal in five games this season.
Ingram, 21, was a third-round pick in 2016 and has gone 7-3-0 with a 2.52 GAA and .918 SV% in 10 games with the Crunch. Ingram comes up so that he can backup Louis Domingue while Ed Pasquale heads back down to get some games in.
