The Golden Knights have won two straight and will turn to Hill between the pipes on Friday night against the Dallas Stars. Hill saved all 28 shots he faced in his previous outing, a 1-0 win over the Edmonton Oilers, for his second shutout of the season. The 28-year-old Hill has a 2.67 GAA and .900 SV% through 17 games (11-4-2) this season. The Golden Knights enter Friday's contest as +112 road underdogs against a Stars club that has won three of their last four (3-1-0).

With Mark Stone returning from a lower-body injury, Schwindt will be a healthy scratch to accommodate his return. The 23-year-old Schwindt is averaging 9:55 time-on-ice and has six points (0G / 6A) in 24 games this season.

Stone has not played since November 6th, missing 14 games with a lower-body injury. Before his injury, the 32-year-old Stone was off to a monstrous start to the 2024-25 season, among the league leaders, with 21 points (6G / 15A) in 13 games.

Samsonov will make his tenth start of the season on Wednesday as the Golden Knights play out the tail-end of their back-to-back in Anaheim. Samsonov endured one of his worst starts of the season his last time out, allowing six goals on 28 shots in a 6-0 defeat at the hands of Utah. He owns a 5-3-1 record and an .892 SV% on the season. He's got a good chance of getting back in the win column on Wednesday as the Golden Knights enter action at -160 on the money line.

Whitecloud has been out of the lineup for a week and remains day-to-day. The 28-year-old Whitecloud was averaging 17:23 time-on-ice before his injury, recording two points (1G / 1A), 40 blocks, and 33 hits in 21 games.

Ilya Samsonov was between the pipes in a 6-0 loss to the Utah Hockey Club on Saturday, and the Golden Knight will revert to Hill on Tuesday against the Edmonton Oilers. Hill has a 2.85 GAA and .894 SV% in 16 games this season (10-4-2) and saved 27 of 29 shots (.931 SV%) in a 4-2 win over the Oilers on November 6th. The Golden Knights enter Tuesday's contest as +116 home underdogs against an Oilers club riding a three-game winning streak.

Burke is an undrafted 27-year-old with nine games of NHL experience, including six this season with the Golden Knights. Primarily an AHL player, Burke has six points (2G / 4A) in 11 games with the Henderson Silver Knights (AHL).

With Brett Berard (upper body) sidelined, Smith will draw back into the Rangers lineup on Monday against the New Jersey Devils. The 33-year-old Smith is averaging 15:28 time-on-ice, scoring 12 points (3G / 9A) in 22 games, but has been held off the scoresheet in four of his last five.

Hill was tremendous in his previous outing, saving 33 of 34 shots (.971 SV%), but came up short in a 2-1 shootout loss to the Colorado Avalanche. After a rocky start to the season, the 28-year-old Hill has allowed two or fewer goals in five straight (3-1-1), posting an impressive .932 SV%. The Golden Knights enter the action on Friday as +102 home underdogs against the NHL's first-place team, the Winnipeg Jets.

Olofsson started the 2024-25 season, his first with the Golden Knights, off strong, scoring three goals in four games before suffering a lower-body injury. He will draw back into the Golden Knights lineup after a brief conditioning stint in the AHL.

Hagg, and NHL veteran of 345 games, recently played his first two games with the Golden Knights but has been sent down to the AHL. The 29-year-old defenseman has spent most of the 2024-25 campaign with the Henderson Silver Knights (AHL), scoring eight points (1G / 7A) in 14 games.

Morelli recently made his season debut with the Golden Knights but has been sent down to the AHL. The undrafted 28-year-old has nine points (5G / 4A) in 13 games with the Henderson Silver Knights (AHL).

Hill will return to the Golden Knights' crease tonight after Ilya Samsonov got the nod in Monday's 5-4 shootout victory over the Flyers. Hill picked up the victory his last time out, allowing two goals on 17 shots in a 6-2 victory in Montreal on Saturday. He owns an impressive 9-4-1 record on the season despite an underwhelming .887 SV%. He'll have to be at his best tonight against Nathan MacKinnon and the Colorado Avalanche.

Karlsson did not play on Monday, being a late scratch due to personal reasons, but will return to the lineup on Wednesday against the Colorado Avalanche. The 32-year-old Karlsson missed the beginning portion of the season due to an injury but has been productive since joining the club, scoring 10 points (4G / 6A) in 13 games.

Pietrangelo was a surprise scratch prior to warmups last Thursday and has not played since due to an upper-body injury. The 34-year-old Pietrangelo is having a productive season from the Golden Knights' blueline, averaging 21:55 time-on-ice and scoring 14 points (2G / 12A) in 19 games.

Hagg will fill in for Zach Whitecloud, who was a late scratch due to an upper-body injury. Hagg has appeared in just one game this season, registering five hits and two blocked shots in just under nine minutes of ice time.
