As for Smith, he has gone 4-2-2 with a 2.88 GAA and .907 SV% in his last eight starts.

McDavid was listed as a game-time decision for Monday's game but ended up getting scratched. He missed yesterday's practice but was back on the ice for Wednesday's morning skate and will play vs. the Jets. Since January 1st, McDavid is second in points-per-game, with 32 points (11G / 21A) in 21 games (1.52 P/gm).





Dell stopped 36 of 38 shots in the Sharks loss to the Senators last Saturday. Dell has lost four straight starts (0-3-1) while posting a 3.31 GAA and .896 SV%. On Wednesday he'll face the Blackhawks for the second time this season--he allowed four goals on 30 shots in a 5-4 win in Chicago in October.

Tatar was originally labelled as day-to-day with an upper-body injury that he suffered on March 3rd but announced that he's out indefinitely on Tuesday. The most recent timetable could end Tatar's 2020 season.

Carlsson missed the lat two games with a concussion but will replace Nick Seeler in the lineup on Wednesday. Adam Boqvist is now out with a concussion of his own, so look for Carlsson to get some PP2 time on Wednesday.

Caggiula suffered a hand injury early in Sunday's game vs. the Blues and will not be available for tonight's game vs. the Sharks. With Caggiula out, Brandon Hagel was recalled from Rockford (AHL) and will make his NHL debut on the third line.

Boqvist suffered a concussion vs. the Blues on Sunday and is out indefinitely. With Boqvist out, Nicolas Beaudin was recalled from Rockford (AHL) and will make his NHL debut on Wednesday. Lucas Carlsson will likely see some power-play time with Boqvist sidelined.

Crawford allowed two goals on 26 shots in the Blackhawks loss to the Blues on Sunday. Crawford has made nine consecutive starts, going 5-4-0 with a 2.46 GAA and .928 SV%. Tonight he faces a Sharks team that has lost four straight road games while scoring just 1.50 goals per game.
