Lehtonen will start Thursday vs. the Jets.

Lehtonen allowed three goals on 43 shots in the Stars 6-3 win over the Maple Leafs on Tuesday. Lehtonen has won his last two starts while turning aside 61 of 65 shots (.939 SV%). Tonight the 33-year-old will make his 30th start of the season and he comes in at 6-4-4 with a 2.59 GAA and .915 SV% on home ice.

RInne will start Thursday vs. the Oilers.

Rinne allowed four goals on 38 shots in the Predators’ loss in Pittsburgh on Tuesday. Despite the loss, Rinne will go again tonight vs. the Oilers. Rinne allowed two goals on 32 shots in a 3-2 shootout win in Edmonton two weeks ago and tonight he comes in at 11-4-4 with a 2.18 GAA and .922 SV% on home ice.

Schultz will be in the lineup on Thursday.

Schultz has been a healthy scratch for the last seven games, but will draw into the lineup for his 14th game of the season tonight. Schultz will surprisingly replace Shayne Gostisbehere in the lineup vs. the Canadiens and comes in with just four assists on the year.

Lehner will start Thursday vs. the Rangers.

Lehner allowed five goals on 35 shots in the Sabres’ loss in Montreal on Tuesday. Lehner finished January at 4-1-0 despite posting an ugly 3.23 GAA and .908 SV% in six starts. Tonight he faces the Rangers on home-ice, where he’s gone 5-7-2 with a 2.35 GAA and .925 SV% so far this season.

Vasilevskiy will start Thursday vs. the Senators.

Vasilevskiy allowed two goals on 37 shots in the Lightning’s loss in Florida last Thursday. Ben Bishop started the first game after the break, but Vasilevskiy will get the Senators tonight. In his last five appearances Vasilevskiy has gone 1-2-1 despite posting a 1.86 GAA and .940 SV%. He stopped 27 of 28 shots in a 4-1 win in Ottawa in his first start vs. the Senators.

Neuvirth will start Thursday vs. the Canadiens.

Neuvirth allowed one goal on 28 shots in the Flyers’ win over the Maple Leafs last Thursday. Neuvirth has gone 3-2-0 with a 2.56 GAA and .919 SV% since returning to the in mid-January. Tonight he will face the Canadiens for the second time this season—he allowed five goals on 17 shots in a 5-4 loss in Montreal back in November.

Budaj leads the Kings onto the ice for warmups.

Budaj allowed two goals on 32 shots in the Kings’ win in Arizona last night. Budaj extended his winning streak to three games, allowing just three goals on 79 shots (.962 SV%) over that span. Since the Kings don’t play again until Saturday and Jeff Zatkoff has struggled, Budaj is expected to go again tonight.

Martin will start Wednesday in Los Angeles.

Martin allowed five goals on 26 shots in Colorado’s loss to San Jose on January 23rd. Martin allowed eight goals on 56 shots (.857 SV%) in his first two NHL starts—both vs. San Jose. Martin will make his third appearance tonight and will come against a Kings team that also played last night.

Toffoli (lower-body) is nearing a return, but isn’t expected to play on Wednesday.

Toffoli has been sidelined since December 20th continues to skate with his teammates and has been rotating through line rushes for the last week. Toffoli is now one day past his six week timetable, but continues to deal with some discomfort.

Rask will start Wednesday in Washington.

Rask allowed three goals on 21 shots in the Bruins’ win in Tampa Bay last night. Rask has won three in a row despite allowing three goals in each start and posting an .870 SV%. The Bruins No.1 will go again tonight with Zane McIntyre as his backup—he allowed four goals on 20 shots in a 4-3 OT loss in his fist start vs. Washington.

Hansen (knee) will not play Thursday, but could return on Saturday.

Hansen has been out since December 22nd, but could return on Saturday vs. the Wild. Hansen rotated in on Brandon Sutter’s line in Wednesday’s practice and has nine points (5G / 4A) in 18 games this season.
