The Bruins have recalled Ryan Spooner from Providence (AHL).

Spooner has been recalled because David Krejci suffered an injury last night. If he can’t go on Sunday, expect Spooner to play. He has 26 points (8G / 18A) in 33 games with Providence.

Quincey (undisclosed) is not expected to play on Saturday.

Quincey was listed as questionable with a minor undisclosed injury, but he was not on the ice for the morning skate, so it looks like Jakub Kindl will be back in the lineup for Quincey.

Montoya will start vs. Pittsburgh on Sunday.

Montoya allowed two goals on 28 shots in the Panthers loss to the Stars on February 13th. Montoya has gone 4-5-2 with a 2.82 GAA and .899 SV% in 10 starts and six relief appearances this season. Tonight he starts against a Penguins team who are 5-4-1 while averaging just 2.20 goals per game in the month of February.

Luongo allowed two goals on 39 shots in the Panthers 3-2 shootout win over the Canadiens on Thursday. He has won two in a row while stopping 64 of 68 shots (.941 SV%) that he has faced. Tonight it looks like he will face a Senators team who he made 22 saves against in 1-0 loss back in October.

Greiss allowed four goals on 33 shots in the Penguins win in Ottawa on February 12th. He is 6-3-3 with a 2.88 GAA and .906 SV% on the year. Tonight he has a scary matchup in St. Louis—Greiss has gone 4-2-3 with a 2.91 GAA and .908 SV% on the road.

Howard will start Saturday vs. the Stars.

Howard allowed two goals on 34 shots in the Red Wings shootout win over the Blackhawks on Wednesday. The win was his first since returning from a groin injury. Tonight he starts in Dallas, having gone 6-4-2 with a 1.99 GAA and .930 SV% on the road.

Khudobin is the Hurricanes likely starter.

Khudobin allowed three goals on 29 shots in a loss to the Islanders on Tuesday. With Cam Ward starting last night, Khudobin will start tonight in New Jersey. He has gone 0-2-1 with a 4.36 GAA and .843 SV% in his last start. He made 18 saves in the Canes 2-1 shootout win in his last start vs. the Devils.

Rinne had an characteristically bad night on Thursday, allowing five goals on 40 shots in the lost to the Isles. Today he starts in Philadelphia, having gone 5-2-0 with a 2.28 GAA and .930 SV% in the month of February.

Lehtonen will be in goal for the Stars on Saturday.

Lehtonen was pulled on Thursday after allowing three goals on 17 shots in the Stars loss to the Sharks. The loss snapped a four game winning streak for Lehtonen, who will face the Red Wings tonight. He has gone 4-2-1 with a 2.31 GAA and .930 SV% in seven starts this month.

Lupul (lower-body) will return to the Maple Leafs lineup on Saturday.

Lupul missed the last four games with a lower-body injury, but will be back in tonight vs. Winnipeg. Lupul is expected to replace Brandon Kozun and should skate in the Leafs top-6. He has 19 points (9G / 10A) in 32 games this season.

The Flames have sent Sam Bennett to Kingston (OHL).

Bennett, 18, has not played all season because of a shoulder injury. He has been skating with the Flames recently and is set to return to action, but that will happen in the OHL. Bennett had 91 points (36G / 51A) and 118 PIMS in 57 games with Kingston last season.
