Ennis was hurt in Monday’s game in Boston and it will keep him out of tonight’s game vs. the Senators. Ennis is listed as day-to-day and will be replaced by Evander Kane, who will return from broken ribs.

Kane suffered three broken ribs in the Sabres’ season opener and has missed the last 11 games. Kane had 35 points (20G / 15A) in 65 games last year and tonight he is expected to skate on the top line with Ryan O’Reilly and Kyle Okposo.

Bobrovsky stopped all 30 shots that he faced in the Blue Jackets’ shutout, 10-0 destruction of the Canadiens last Friday. After starting the first nine games of the season, Bobrovsky was finally given a night off on Saturday, so they’ll come back to him tonight in Anaheim. Goalie Bob stopped all 35 shots that he faced to shutout the Ducks in their first meeting of the season.

Scandella has been placed on LTIR, which means that he will miss the next 24 days or 10 games, whichever comes first. Scandella has already missed three games, so he isn’t eligible to return until November 21st in Dallas.

Bertschy, 22, has appeared in three games with the Wild this season, picking up a single assist. During his time in Iowa, he has one goal and two assists. It remains to be seen if Bertschy will draw into the lineup in Pittsburgh on Thursday.

Mitchell, 23, has registered one goal in 11 games with Iowa this season and this is his first NHL call-up, but it’s unknown when or if he will make his NHL debut.

Reilly, 23, has picked up seven points (1G / 6A) in seven games with Iowa, but has failed to record a point in two games with the Wild. With Marco Scandella moved to LTIR, Reilly could see some extra NHL playing time for the next few weeks.

Lehner gave up four goals on 42 shots in the Sabres’ loss in Boston on Monday. Despite the loss, the Sabres will go back to Lehner tonight vs. his former team. Lehner stopped 32 of 33 shots in a 2-1 win over the Senators on the weekend and comes in with a 3-2-0 record, 1.81 GAA and .947 SV% over his last five starts.

Barzal served as a healthy scratch for the last six games and only appeared in two games after cracking the roster out of training camp. The Islanders never really gave Barzal a chance, so he returns to Seattle, where he had 88 points (27G / 61A) in 58 games a season ago.

Lehtonen gave up four goals on 33 shots in the Stars’ loss in Chicago on Sunday. Lehtonen has now given up four goals in three of his last four starts and he’s posted an 0-2-2 record, 3.44 GAA and .875 SV% over that stretch. Lehtonen’s numbers aren’t good, the team in front of him isn’t good and his matchup isn’t good. Look elsewhere tonight.

Budaj stopped all 24 shots that he faced in the Kings’ 5-0 shutout win vs. the Flames on Saturday. Budaj has won two in a row and six of his nine starts while posting a 2.06 GAA and .912 SV%. McIntyre allowed five goals on 31 shots in the Bruins loss in New York on October 26th. Tuukka Rask started the last five games, but he will get the night off on the second of a back-to-back. McIntyre, who has a .854 SV% in two starts, will be in deep water on the road versus Carey Price.

Hellebuyck was pulled after he allowed four goals on 16 shots in the Jets’ loss in New York on Sunday. It was a rough outing for Hellebuyck, who will make his third consecutive start tonight vs. the Stars. Hellebuyck has a pedestrian .900 SV% in eight appearances this season, but his matchup makes him an interesting option on Tuesday—the banged up Stars are 18th in the NHL in scoring (2.58 G/PG).

Jones was yanked after he gave up three goals on seven shots in the Sharks’ loss to the Penguins on Saturday. The loss extended Jones’ losing streak to three games and brought his record to 5-6-0 on the season. Jones has not had the best start to 2016-17, posting a 2.56 GAA and .900 SV% across 11 games and tonight he will be in tough in Washington.

Rieder is listed as a game-tie decision, so monitor his status when the Coyotes hit the ice for the warmups at 8:30 p.m. ET. Armia is set to miss is third straight game on Tuesday and is expected to be out for an extended period of time, so the Jets moved him to IR to create a roster spot to activate Tyler Myers from IR and added Jacob Trouba to the active roster after signing him on Monday.

Melchiori failed to record a point while averaging 13:47 TOI in four games with the Jets. With Tyler Myers set to return on Tuesday, Melchiori returns to Manitoba, where he has four points (1G / 3A) in eight games.
