Kunin will draw back into Florida's lineup vs. Detroit on Tuesday.

With Sam Reinhart (undisclosed) not play on Tuesday, Kunin will re-enter the lineup against the Detroit Red Wings. The 28-year-old Kunin has not played in nearly two weeks. He is averaging 8:36 time-on-ice, recording four points (2G / 2A) and 82 hits in 44 games this season.

Luke Kunin
Cernak (upper-body) is out vs. Columbus and considered day-to-day.

Cernak exited Sunday's rollercoaster 8-7 loss to the Buffalo Sabres after only 6:47 time-on-ice due to an upper-body injury and will remain sidelined on Tuesday against the Columbus Blue Jackets. The 28-year-old Slovak defenseman is averaging 17:57 time-on-ice, recording seven points (1G / 6A), 77 blocks, and 81 hits in 43 games this season.

Erik Cernak
Reinhart (undisclosed) is expected to be out vs. Detroit on Tuesday.

Panthers' Head Coach Paul Maurice indicated that Reinhart will not play on Tuesday, mostly for maintenance purposes, and should be ready to return to the lineup on Thursday against the Columbus Blue Jackets. The 30-year-old Reinhart has 59 points (28G / 31A) in 63 games this season and only has four points (1G / 3A) in his last seven outings.

Sam Reinhart
Tarasov will start vs. Detroit on Tuesday.

The Panthers have been more liberal with their goalie usage in recent weeks and will turn to Tarasov on Tuesday against the Detroit Red Wings. The 26-year-old Tarasov has lost both of his starts since returning from the Olympic break (0-2-0), but has been serviceable nonetheless, posting a 2.56 GAA and .923 SV%. The Panthers enter Tuesday's contest as -127 home favourites against a Red Wings team they defeated 3-1 less than a week ago.

Daniil Tarasov
Andersen is in the starter's crease at Carolina's morning skate.

Andersen has had a largely disappointing 2025-26 season, but recent struggles from Brandon Bussi have given him more opportunities, during which he has shown some encouraging signs. The 36-year-old veteran Andersen is sporting an under-.500 record for the first time in his career (9-11-5), but he has been much more dependable in recent games, posting a 4-1-3 record in his last eight, albeit with an underwhelming 2.59 GAA and .886 SV%. The Hurricanes enter Tuesday's contest as significant -204 home favourites against a Pittsburgh Penguins team that is 3-3-2 since the Olympic break, while playing without Sidney Crosby (lower body) and, more recently, Evgeni Malkin (suspension).

Frederik Andersen
Barkov (lower-body) returned to Florida's practice for the first time in a non-contact jersey.

Barkov underwent surgery to repair ACL and MCL injuries in late September and has been on the road to recovery ever since. He has been skating for the past several weeks, but made his debut at practice on Tuesday. Although he was in a non-contact jersey, his presence at practice is an encouraging sign that he could be targeting a return to play during the regular season or, at the very least, in the playoffs if his team can accommodate him with a late-season rally.

Aleksander Barkov
Moore is expected to miss a significant amount of time after suffering a lower-body injury.

Moore exited Sunday's 4-3 loss to the Dallas Stars early in the first period due to a lower-body injury. He did not play on Monday and is now expected to be sidelined for the foreseeable future. The 21-year-old rookie is averaging 12:51 time-on-ice, scoring 19 points (5G / 14A) in 51 games this season. He had three points (0G / 3A) in four games leading up to his injury.

Oliver Moore
Lyon was in the starter's crease at Buffalo's morning skate.

The Sabres have evenly rotated goalies since returning from the Olympic break and will continue that trend on Tuesday, with Lyon tending the twine against the San Jose Sharks. The 33-year-old Lyon was solid in his most recent outing, saving 23 of 25 shots (.920 SV%) in a 3-2 win over the Nashville Predators, and has been excellent for most of the season. In his last 16 games, Lyon has only two losses (14-2-0), boasting an impressive 2.32 GAA and .925 SV%. The Sabres enter Tuesday's contest as sizable -202 home favourites against a Sharks team that has scored two or fewer goals in three of their last four games (2-0-2).

Alex Lyon
Douglas will make his Canucks debut on Monday.

Douglas, in his first NHL season, averaged 5:58 time-on-ice and scored two assists in 29 games with Tampa Bay this season. The towering 6'9 forward joined the Vancouver Canucks after being claimed off of waivers. He will fill in for Evander Kane on Monday, who is out with an illness.

Curtis Douglas
Boeser (concussion) is on the ice for warmups and is expected to play against the Senators on Monday.

Boeser is dealing with a concussion and his status for Monday's game against the Ottawa Senators was uncertain. The 29-year-old Boeser is having a disappointing season, with only 29 points (15G / 14A) through 56 games, but has three goals in his last three outings.

Brock Boeser
The Mammoth recalled Szuber from Tucson (AHL) on Monday.

Szuber offers the Mammoth some depth on the back-end while Mikhail Sergachev is sidelined with a lower-body injury. Szuber was a sixth-round draft pick in the 2022 NHL Entry Draft. His lone NHL appearance came back in the 2023-24 season with the Coyotes. Szuber has ten goals and 15 assists in 50 AHL games this season.

Maksymilian Szuber
Commesso will start against the Mammoth on Monday.

With Spencer Knight (illness) still sidelined, the Blackhawks will turn to Commesso on Monday against the Utah Mammoth. The 23-year-old Commesso has been solid in a limited sample this season, posting a 2.50 GAA and .917 SV% in two outings (1-1-0). That said, Commesso has spent most of the season in the AHL, where he has a less impressive 3.07 GAA and .899 SV% in 28 games with the Rockford IceHogs. The Blackhawks enter Monday's contest as +186 home underdogs against a Mammoth team whose only loss in their last five games was against the Blackhawks, 4-0 on March 1st.

Drew Commesso
Vanecek will start in Chicago on Monday.

Vanecek has seen limited action lately, with only three starts since the beginning of January (3-0-1), but was tremendous in last week's 3-0 win over the Philadelphia Flyers, saving all 16 shots he faced for his first shutout in a Utah jersey. The 30-year-old Czech goalie has a solid 2.22 GAA and .917 SV% in his last five games (2-2-1). The Mammoth enter Monday's contest as significant -222 road favourites against a Chicago Blackhawks team that lost 4-3 in overtime last night to the Dallas Stars.

Vitek Vanecek
Konecny (upper-body) is on the ice for warmups and is expected to return to the Flyers lineup on Monday.

Konecny will return to the lineup on Monday after missing the last three games due to an upper-body injury. The 28-year-old forward is coming off a two-point performance (1G / 1A) in a 3-1 win over the Boston Bruins, giving him 18 points (9G / 9A) in his last 13 games.
