Holloway is expected to be scratched in Winnipeg on Tuesday as the team manages his return from an ankle injury.

Holloway returned from a five-week absence due to an ankle injury in the Blues' most recent game, but he will return to the sidelines as he continues his recovery. The 24-year-old Holloway has 17 points (8G / 9A) in 34 games this season.

Dylan Holloway
Hofer will start in Winnipeg on Tuesday.

Hofer has consistently outplayed his counterpart, Jordan Binnington, in recent weeks and earned more playing time as a result. The 25-year-old Hofer saved 34 of 36 shots (.944 SV%) in his most recent outing, a 3-2 shootout win over the Tampa Bay Lightning, and has a tremendous 1.94 GAA and .929 SV% in his last 15 games (9-6-0) dating back to the end of November. The Blues enter Tuesday's contest as +111 road underdogs against a surging Winnipeg Jets team that is 4-0-1 in its last five games.

Joel Hofer
Kapanen (undisclosed) is expected to miss a week.

Kapanen returned from a nearly three-month absence due to an injury at the beginning of January, and will return to the sidelines after suffering an injury in the first period of Sunday's game against the St. Louis Blues. Oilers' Head Coach Kris Knoblauch said Kapanen will miss some time but insisted the injury is not long-term like his previous one. The 29-year-old Kapanen has nine points (3G / 6A) in 14 games this season.

Kasperi Kapanen
Draisaitl (personal) is expected to rejoin Edmonton later this week.

Draisaitl has not played in the previous two games due to a family matter in Germany, but he is expected to return to the lineup this week. The Oilers have fared well in two games with Draisaitl (2-0-0), outscoring their opposition 11-0, but they will be eager to welcome back the services of their star forward. The 30-year-old Draisaitl has been on a tear for the past few weeks, with 36 points (10G / 26A) in his last 21 games.

Leon Draisaitl
Jarry will start vs. New Jersey on Tuesday.

The Oilers have consecutive shutout wins, one from Tristan Jarry and one from Connor Ingram, and they will look to extend their shutout streak on Tuesday with Jarry returning to the crease. The 30-year-old Jarry saved all 31 shots he faced in his 6-0 shutout win over the Vancouver Canucks, improving to 4-0-1, with a 2.58 GAA and .907 SV% through five games with the Oilers. The Oilers enter Tuesday's contest as -178 home favorites against the New Jersey Devils, who defeated the Calgary Flames 2-1 in overtime last night.

Tristan Jarry
Comrie is expected to start vs. St. Louis on Tuesday.

After a miserable 3-15-5 record, the Jets have seemingly turned a corner, winning five of their last six (5-0-1), and will turn to Comrie on Tuesday in the tail-end of a back-to-back. Comrie struggled during the Jets' recent slide down the standings, posting a 3.52 GAA and .866 SV% in 11 games (2-8-1), but was solid in his most recent outing, saving 23 of 24 shots (.958 SV%) in a 5-1 win over the Los Angeles Kings. The Jets enter Tuesday's contest as -121 home favorites against a St. Louis Blues team coming off a 5-0 loss to the Edmonton Oilers.

Eric Comrie
Nichushkin (upper-body) is taking part in practice on Tuesday and is expected to play on Wednesday vs. Anaheim.

Nichushkin wanted to play on Monday after being involved in a minor car accident, but the team went on the side of caution and made him a late scratch. He should return to the lineup on Wednesday against the Anaheim Ducks. The 30-year-old Nichushkin recorded an assist in his most recent game, snapping a six-game scoreless skid. He has 27 points (11G / 16A) in 38 games this season.

Valeri Nichushkin
Gibson will start in Toronto on Wednesday.

Gibson has been outstanding in recent weeks, helping the Red Wings compete for first place in the Eastern Conference, and he will return to the crease on Wednesday against the Toronto Maple Leafs. Since the beginning of December, Gibson leads all goalies in wins (15), save percentage (.926 SV%), and is second in goals against average (2.12 GAA).

John Gibson
Saros will start vs. Buffalo on Tuesday.

Saros has been inconsistent most of the season, but is riding a hot streak, winning three of his last four games (3-1-0), while posting a solid 2.34 GAA and .928 SV%. His season totals don't reflect the pedigree that previously made him a Vezina Trophy Finalist, but his 19-15-3 record is already a vast improvement over the 20-31-6 record he sported in 2024-25. The Predators enter Tuesday's contest as -119 home favorites against a Buffalo Sabres team that lost 2-1 last night to the Carolina Hurricanes.

Juuse Saros
Knies (undisclosed) did not practice on Tuesday.

Knies did not participate in Toronto's morning skate but played in the evening against the Minnesota Wild. This has been a regular occurrence for Knies lately, who is battling through an undisclosed ailment. The 23-year-old Knies is having an excellent season, with 41 points (12G / 29A) and 100 hits in 46 games. He joins Tom Wilson as the only player in the NHL with over 40 points and 100 hits.

Matthew Knies
Pospisil has been recalled from the Calgary Wranglers (AHL).

Pospisil suffered an injury late in training camp and has been sidelined since. The 25-year-old Slovak forward is entering his third NHL season after recording career highs in games played (81), points (25), and hits (301). He returns from a two-game stint with the Wrangles, going scoreless, and should make his Flames debut imminently.

Martin Pospisil
Reimer will start in Columbus on Tuesday.

With Linus Ullmark (personal) away from the team, Ottawa has needed reinforcements between the pipes in recent weeks, leading them to sign Reimer to a one-year, $850,000 contract earlier this month. The 37-year-old Reimer was awarded the contract despite struggling on his PTO in Belleville (AHL), allowing six goals on 28 shots (.786 SV%) in his only game, a 6-5 loss to Rochester. That said, the veteran goalie was serviceable in his first start on Sunday, saving 30 of 34 shots (.882 SV%) in a 4-3 overtime loss to the Detroit Red Wings. The Senators enter Tuesday's contest as -114 road favorites against a Blue Jackets team on a four-game winning streak.

James Reimer
Andrew Peeke (lower-body) will be a game-time decision vs. Dallas on Tuesday.

Peeke did not play in Boston's previous game because of a lower-body injury, but could return to the lineup on Tuesday against the Dallas Stars. The 27-year-old defenseman is averaging 19:46 time-on-ice and has nine points (4G / 5A) in 48 games this season.

Andrew Peeke
Swayman will start in Dallas on Tuesday.

The Bruins have received stellar netminding from their tandem during their six-game winning streak, and they will turn to Swayman on Tuesday against the Dallas Stars. The 27-year-old Swayman has won five of his last six outings (5-1-0), posting an excellent 2.32 GAA and .921 SV%. The Bruins enter the action on Tuesday as +126 road underdogs against a free-falling Dallas Stars team that will be desperate for a victory after losing 10 of their last 12 games (2-6-4).

Jeremy Swayman
Merzlikins will start vs. Ottawa on Tuesday.

Before Rick Bowness assumed head coaching duties in Columbus, Merzlikins had been an afterthought between the pipes, starting only three games in over a month. The 31-year-old Latvian goalie seems to have, at least temporarily, gained the trust of the new coaching staff, as he is poised to start for a third straight game. He has won two straight and saved 59 of 63 shots (.937 SV%) in the process.

Elvis Merzlikins
Allen will start in Edmonton on Tuesday.

The Devils narrowly defeated the Calgary Flames, 2-1 in overtime last night, and they will turn to Allen on Tuesday, in the tail end of a back-to-back. The 35-year-old Allen has lost five of his last six outings (1-4-1), posting a 3.23 GAA and .890 SV%. That said, he has been serviceable most of the season and was solid in a 5-3 win over the Edmonton Oilers in October. The Devils enter Tuesday's contest as +152 road underdogs against an Oilers team that has dominated opponents in their last two games (2-0-0), outscoring them 11-0.

Jake Allen
Oettinger will start vs. Boston on Tuesday.

Oettinger has strung together a few solid performances, posting a 2.04 GAA and .922 SV% in his last three games (1-2-0), but remains below .500 in that stretch, a regularity for a Stars team that has struggled in recent weeks. The 27-year-old Oettinger has a 2.94 GAA and .890 SV% in his last 11 games since mid-December (3-6-2). The Stars hope to end their downward spiral, entering Tuesday's contest as -136 home favorites against a Boston Bruins team on a six-game winning streak.
