Kulich did not play on November 8th and was placed on Injured Reserve due to an undisclosed injury, which has now been clarified as a blood clot issue. The 21-year-old Kulich will likely be sidelined for several months, but is expected to return before the end of the season. The second-year Czech forward has five points (3G / 2A) in 12 games this season.

Jiri Kulich
Saros was the first goalie off the ice at Nashville's morning skate.

The Predators hope to snap a two-game losing skid (0-2-0) on Monday, with Saros likely tending the twine against the New York Rangers. Saros played well in his most recent outing, saving 23 of 25 shots (.920 SV%), but did not receive ample goal support, losing 3-1 to the Philadelphia Flyers. The 30-year-old Saros has a 2.88 GAA and .902 SV% in 13 games this season (5-5-3). The Predators enter Monday's contest as +162 road underdogs against a Rangers team that has scored only six combined goals in seven home games this season (0-6-1).

Juuse Saros
Tomasek will be a healhty scratch vs. Columbus on Monday.

Tomasek scored 57 points (24G / 33A) in 47 games with Farjestads BK Karlstad (SweHL) last season, but his success in Sweden has not translated directly to the NHL. The 29-year-old Czech forward has just three points (1G / 2A) in 13 games this season. Curtis Lazar will draw into the lineup as Tomasek's replacement.

David Tomasek
Lazar will draw back into Edmonton's lineup on Monday vs. Columbus.

Curtis Lazar
Janmark (undisclosed) will make his season debut vs. Columbus on Monday.

Janmark has battled an undisclosed injury since training camp and has yet to play this season, but will make his debut on Monday against the Columbus Blue Jackets. The 32-year-old Swedish forward has been effective in a bottom-six role for the Oilers of the previous three seasons, scoring 55 points (16G / 39A) in 217 combined games.

Mattias Janmark
Skinner will start vs. Columbus on Monday.

The Oilers hope to rebound from an embarrassing 9-1 loss to the Colorado Avalanche on Saturday, turning to Skinner between the pipes on Monday against the Columbus Blue Jackets. Skinner was in the crease for four of the nine goals on Saturday before being replaced by Calvin Pickard. The 27-year-old Skinner has a 2.81 GAA and .889 SV% in 11 games this season (4-4-3). The Oilers enter Monday's contest as -167 home favorites against a Blue Jackets team amid a three-game losing skid (0-3-0).

Stuart Skinner
Nugent-Hopkins (undisclosed) has been placed on IR and is expected to be out for a week.

Nugent-Hopkins played only 14:50 time-on-ice due to an undisclosed injury in Edmonton's most recent outing, recording a -4 plus/minus in an embarrassing 9-1 loss to the Colorado Avalanche. The Oilers have struggled early in the 2025-25 season, but have received ample production from Nugent-Hopkins, who has 16 points (5G / 11A) in 16 games. The 32-year-old forward is pacing for only the second point-per-game season of his career.

Ryan Nugent-Hopkins
Sorokin will start in New Jersey on Monday.

Sorokin has struggled this season but is coming off his best performance, making 33 saves for his first shutout of the season in a 5-0 win over the New York Rangers. The 30-year-old goalie hopes to build off his recent outing when he returns to the crease on Monday against the New Jersey Devils. He has a 3.00 GAA and .893 SV% in 10 games this season (4-4-2). The Islanders enter Monday's contest as +132 road underdogs against a Devils team that is undefeated at home this season, with a perfect 7-0-0 record.

Ilya Sorokin
Trocheck (upper-body) is expected to return vs. Nashville on Monday.

Trocheck has not played since suffering an upper-body injury in the second game of the season, but will return to the lineup on Monday against the Nashville Predators. The 32-year-old Trocheck recorded 59 points (26G / 33A), 202 shots, and 214 hits in 82 games last season. Before his injury, he was playing on the team's top powerplay unit, but it appears that role has, at least temporarily, been taken by Will Cuylle.

Vincent Trocheck
Shesterkin will start vs. Nashville on Monday.

The Rangers are an abysmal 0-6-1 on home ice this season, shut out five times, and desperately hope for their first win at Madison Square Garden on Monday, turning to Igor Shesterkin when they host the Nashville Predators. Despite an underwhelming 4-6-2 record, Shesterkin has been serviceable in the Rangers' crease this season, posting a 2.41 GAA and .909 SV% in 12 games. The Rangers enter Monday's contest as -180 home favorites against a Predators team that is 1-3-2 on the road this season.

Juho Lammikko
Parssinen is expected to be a healthy scratch vs. Nashville on Monday.

After being shut out for the fifth time in only 16 games this season, the Rangers are shaking up their lineup and sending Parssinen to the sidelines as a healthy scratch. The 24-year-old Parssinen had a surprising rookie season with the Nashville Predators in 2022-23, scoring an impressive 25 points (6G / 19A) in 45 games, but has not maintained that success in three seasons since, scoring only 31 points (16G / 15A) in 104 games.

Juuso Parssinen

After being shut out for the fifth time in only 16 games this season, the Rangers are shaking up their lineup and inserting Edstrom back into their lineup. The 25-year-old forward has tallied only two points (0G / 2A) in 14 games this season.

Adam Edstrom
Perreault is expected to make his season debut vs. Nashville on Monday.

The Rangers' offensive struggles have been well documented this season, especially on home ice, and as such, they have recalled Perreault, their top prospect, from the Hartford Wolf Pack (AHL). The 20-year-old Perreault, the 23rd overall pick by the Rangers in the 2023 NHL Entry Draft, has 10 points (5G / 5A) in nine games with Hartford this season. He is expected to suit up on a line with Mika Zibanejad and J.T. Miller.
