Jakub Lauko will draw back into the Bruins lineup on Thursday, resulting in Richard being scratched and ultimately sent down to the Providence Bruins (AHL). Richard scored three points (1G / 2A) while playing the last nine games for the Bruins.

The 25-year-old left-winger has enjoyed a solid season in Utica, with 13 goals, 17 points, 10 PIMs and a +7 plus/minus in 21 games played before his call-up.
Bryan Rust was placed on Injured Reserve on Thursday, allowing the Penguins to recall Gruden. Gruden played five games with Pittsburgh earlier this season but has spent the majority of the 2023-24 campaign in the AHL, scoring 23 points (13G / 10A) in 41 games with Wilkes-Barre/Scranton.
Tokarski has been recalled several times this season but has not played a game with the Sabres yet. The 34-year-old has struggled in the AHL this season, with his 7-7-2 record, 3.47 GAA and .888 SV%. He last appeared in the NHL with Pittsburgh in 2022-23 and had a 1-2-0 record with a .897 SV%.
Cal Petersen was placed on waivers by the Flyers earlier on Wednesday, prompting the team to recall Sandstrom from the Lehigh-Valley Phantoms of the AHL. The 27-year-old Sandstrom had a 20-game stint with the Flyers last season but has played exclusively in the AHL this season, posting a 3.23 GAA and .882 SV% in 20 games (11-6-2).

Afanasyev was recalled earlier this month but was a healthy scratch in five of seven games. Afanasyev was the 45th overall pick of the Predators in the 2019 NHL Entry Draft and was enjoying a terrific season at the AHL level, scoring 42 points (21G / 21A) in 42 games.
Moverare has 26 career NHL games to his name, including five this season, but spent most of his career in the AHL. In 34 games with the Ontario Reign (AHL) this season, Moverare has 18 points (2G / 16A).
With Justin Faulk being activated from LTIR, Kessel has been reassigned to the Springfield Thunderbirds of the AHL. Kessel registered two assists while averaging 17:25 time-on-ice through 22 games with the Blues.
Foote has not played this season due to an undisclosed injury and will report to the Utica Comets (AHL) for a conditioning stint. Foote was the 27th overall pick of the Devils in the 2019 NHL Entry Draft and had 37 points (20G / 17A) in 55 games with Utica last season.
Jost began the season with the Sabres, scoring four points (2G / 2A) in 29 games, but was placed on waivers in December and has been with the Rochester Americans (AHL) since. In 23 games with Rochester, the 25-year-old Jost has 13 points (3G / 10A).
Koepka played his ninth game of the season with Tampa Bay last week, tallying two shots and one hit in 5:59 ice time. The sixth-round pick of the Lightning in the 2018 NHL Entry Draft has spent most of his season with the Syracuse Crunch (AHL), scoring 24 points (13G / 11A) in 36 games.
Olofsson was an Avalanche regular this season, playing 55 games and tallying nine points (3G / 6A) in a bottom-six role. He will report to the Colorado Eagles (AHL) after clearing waivers.
Woll has not played since December 7th due to an ankle injury and, after participating in practice the last two weeks, joined the Marlies (AHL) for a conditioning stint. The 25-year-old performed exceptionally with the Marlies and will likely return to the Maple Leafs' crease imminently. He will be looking to build off his strong start to the season and add to his 8-5-1 record, 2.80 GAA, and .916 SV%.
