Ehrhoff, 33, has been acquired by the Blackhawks to provide depth on the blueline. He has not been the same player since having concussion issues with the Penguins last season. He had 10 points (2G / 8A) in 40 games with the Kings and three assists in five games with Ontario (AHL) this season. He has offensive ability, but likely won’t play a large enough role in Chicago to be a fantasy contributor.
Erhoff will be a healthy scratch for a second consecutive game, which would means Derek Forbort will be in the lineup again. Ehrhoff has four assists and a minus-7 rating in 13 games this season.
Ehrhoff registered three goals and 11 assists (14 points) in 49 games with the Penguins last season. Ehrhoff missed a lot of time in 2014-15 because of concussion issues, but is reportedly healthy heading into this season. If he is healthy in 2015-16 he should be able to get back to 30 points—he will likely find himself on the Kings’ second PP unit.
Ehrhoff ’s recovery from an upper-body injury has reportedly flatlined and he was kept off of the ice this morning because he is not progressing. He remains day-to-day.
Ehrhoff will miss his 10th consecutive game with an upper-body injury, but he is expected to be close to a return, which leaves the possibility of him being back on the blue line for Game 2 on Saturday.
Ehrhoff continues to skate and was finally cleared for contact but his status likely won’t be known until after the morning skate on Thursday.
Ehrhoff still is not ready to go and will miss his eight consecutive game. His status for Saturday remains in doubt, but it seems like he will be ready for the playoffs, if the Penguins get there.
Ehrhoff will miss his fifth and sixth straight game as he misses the Penguins back-to-back this weekend. There has not been many updates on Ehrhoff’s condition so it is hard to pinpoint when he might return to the lineup.
Ehrhoff is not expected to resume practicing until next week, so he will miss both games of the Penguins back-to-back this weekend. It has been couple of months for Ehrhoff, who has appeared in just six games since the end of January.
Erhoff suffered an upper-body injury on Tuesday and he will not play tonight vs. the Hurricanes. With Ehrhoff out, the Penguins will go with 11 forwards and six defensemen. His difficult, injury plagued season continues.
Ehrhoff, who missed 19 of the Penguins' past 24 games, appeared dizzy after the side of his head hit the boards following a Vladimir Tarasenko hit early in the first period. Coach Mike Johnston said said after the game that he had no update on Ehrhoff's status. He has eben battling concussion issues since mid-January.
Ehrhoff was a late scratch from Saturday’s game in Arizona, but he skated this morning and is expected to play tonight vs. St. Louis. The Penguins are expected to go with 11 forwards and seven defenseman if Ehrhoff is good-to-go.

Ehrhoff said he experienced a reoccurrence of concussion symptoms after returning to the lineup last Wednesday. He has skated for the two straight days, so there is a chance that he could return on Wednesday in Colorado.
