The Red Wings signed Danny DeKeyser to a six-year contract worth $30 million ($5M AAV).

DeKeyser, 26, is coming off of his third full NHL season and set a career-high in goals (8), but a career-low in points (20). DeKeyser is arguably the Red Wings’ top defenseman and they have locked him up through the 2021-22 season.
