Pacioretty left Sunday’s game with an apparent upper-body injury, but will travel back to Montreal with the team as planned. This is positive news, but with the Habs having just two games left in the regular season, they could hold him out of the lineup until the playoffs to ensure he is 100% for the postseason.

He has shown an incredible ability to heal in the past, so don’t be surprised to see him in the lineup tonight vs. Ottawa. Monitor his status during warmups at 6:30 PM ET.

Pacioretty was given a maintenance day today but will travel with the team to Philadelphia.

Pacioretty has elevated his game lately registering nine goals and one assist in his last 11 games, after scoring just twice with two assists in his first 12 games. He should be activated on Thursday vs. a Flyers team playing on the tail-end of a back-to-back.
