Binnington will start Saturday afternoon in Colorado. Binnington allowed four goals on 21 shots in the Blues overtime loss to the Flyers on Wednesday. The loss snapped a three-game winning streak for Binnington, who will make his 35th start of the season this afternoon. Smith will start Saturday afternoon vs. the Coyotes. Smith stopped 30 of 32 shots in the Oilers win over the Predators on Tuesday. Smith has won four straight games while posting a rock-solid 2.26 GAA and .936 SV%. Ullmark will start Saturday in Nashville. Ullmark stopped 28 of 29 shots in the Sabres win in Dallas on Thursday. Ullmark has won three in a row while posting a terrific 1.34 GAA and .948 SV%. Khudobin will start Saturday in Minnesota. Khudobin stopped 24 of 26 in the Stars loss in San Jose last Saturday. The loss snapped a three-game winning streak for Khudobin, who has gone 7-5-1 with a 2.36 GAA and .930 SV% on the road this year. Merzlikins' ridiculous run continued, as he's now won three straight while stopping 93 of the 95 shots (.979 SV%) that he has faced. Rittich has been terrific in his last two outings, stopping 70 of the 73 shots (.959 SV%) that he has faced. Price has gone through his struggles this season but is red-hot coming into Saturday's game vs. the Golden Knights. He missed the last two games with an upper-body injury but returns tonight in Detroit. The win snapped a three-game losing streak for Fleury, who will make his 34th start of the season on Saturday. He is 6-3-1 with a 2.34 GAA, .925 SV% and one shutout on the road this year. He hasn't played a lot lately but has lost his first two outings in January while giving up eight goals on 65 shots (.877 SV%).
