Shesterkin will start against the Kraken on Tuesday. After allowing nine goals in two games (0-2-0) and posting an abysmal .795 SV%, Shesterkin responded with a strong effort in his last outing, saving 24 of 25 shots (.960 SV%) in a 2-1 win over the Washington Capitals. Shesterkin has been inconsistent this season, allowing four or more goals 10 times through 27 games, compared to only seven times through 53 games when he won the Vezina trophy two seasons ago. Sogaard will start Tuesday vs. the Avalanche. Sogaard will likely make his first start of the season for a Senators club struggling immensely and is without goaltender Anton Forsberg. Sogaard has had a stellar campaign with the Belleville Senators of the AHL, posting a 2.48 GAA and .920 SV% in 16 games (8-5-2). The 23-year-old Sogaard spent a sizeable portion of the 2022-23 season in Ottawa but struggled to make an impact, posting a 3.32 GAA and .889 SV% in 19 appearances (8-6-3). The Senators, losers of 12 of their last 16 (4-12-0), are +104 home underdogs against a high-scoring Colorado Avalanche club that was defeated 4-3 by the Montreal Canadiens last night.Source: Bruce Garrioch
Sorokin will start in Winnipeg on Tuesday. Sorokin will get the nod again on Tuesday after being pulled in Tuesday's loss to the Wild, marking the first time this season that the Islanders' starting netminder will start both ends of a back-to-back. Sorokin wasn't particularly poor on Monday, allowing three goals on 32 shots through two periods, as the move to pull him was likely done with more of an eye on tonight's game in Winnipeg as the Islanders were trailing the Wild by three goals heading into the third. Sorokin owns a 13-10-8 record on the season to go along with a .909 SV% and a 3.18 GAA. Source: Ethan Sears
Hellebuyck will start against the Islanders on Tuesday. Hellebuyck was between the pipes in the Jets last game, a 2-0 loss to the Philadelphia Flyers, ending their season-best eight-game winning streak. Despite the loss, Hellebucyk, as per usual, was terrific, saving 34 of 36 shots (.944 SV%), continuing his tremendous season, and extending his 19-game stretch (14-3-2) where he has allowed fewer than three goals in all but one contest. The Jets will welcome back Kyle Connor on Tuesday and are -193 home favourites against a New York Islanders team that was defeated 5-0 by the Minnesota Wild last night.Source: Ethan Sears
Kuemper will start Tuesday vs. the Ducks. After allowing three or more goals in six straight games (2-4-0), Kuemper served as the backup to Charlie Lindgren on a back-to-back set over the weekend but will return to the crease on Tuesday in a favourable matchup against the Anaheim Ducks. The Ducks pulled off an improbable 5-4 overtime victory over the Florida Panthers last night, but, playing on back-to-back nights, the Capitals are sizeable -171 home favourites.Source: Ethan Cadeaux
Oettinger will start against the Kings on Tuesday. Oettinger struggled in his first game back from a four-week absence with a lower-body injury, allowing four goals on 36 shots in a 6-3 loss to the Nashville Predators, but was much better the following night, entering the game in relief of an injured Scott Wedgewood, saving 20 of 21 shots in a 3-1 victory over the Chicago Blackhawks. The Stars are -129 home favourites against a Los Angeles Kings team that ended an eight-game losing streak last night with a 5-2 win over the Carolina Hurricanes and historically fared well against Oettinger, getting the better end of the score in two of three contests.Source: Zach Dooley

The Sharks, on a fresh two-game losing streak, are +131 road underdogs against a Chicago Blackhawks club that has lost three straight, being outscored 7-3. Source: Sheng Peng
Mrazek will start Tuesday vs. the Sharks. Despite failing to register a win, Mrazek is amid a strong three-game stretch in which he has allowed only two goals in each contest, posting a .917 SV% against a series of difficult opponents. Mrazek will likely return to the crease on Monday against a more favourable foe, as the Blackhawks are a rare -145 home favourite against a San Jose Sharks team that was shut out 3-0 yesterday afternoon and has lost 14 of their last 15 games (1-14-0).Source: Charlie Roumeliotis
