Bobrovsky will start Wednesday vs. Arizona. The Panthers snapped a four-game losing streak on Monday with Anthony Stolarz between the pipes but will return to Bobrovsky on Wednesday evening. Bobrovsky's 2.55 GAA is his best since the 2017-18 campaign with the Columbus Blue Jackets, but the veteran netminder has struggled lately, allowing three or more goals in three straight (0-1-1), posting an ugly .846 SV%. The Panthers are sizeable -206 home favourites against an Arizona Coyotes club riding a two-game winning streak.Source: Doug Plagens
Martin will start in Boston on Wednesday. Martin will make his Hurricanes debut on Wednesday after being claimed off waivers from the Blue Jackets last week. Given Antti Raanta's struggles this season, Martin could make a case for some extra work in the absence of Pyotr Kochetkov (concussion), though he didn't look particularly strong during his time in Columbus this season. The 28-year-old netminder posted a 3-8-1 record along with an .887 SV% and a 3.65 GAA in 13 appearances with the Blue Jackets. He draws a brutal assignment in his first start as a Hurricane as he travels to Boston to take on the Bruins. Source: Conor Ryan
Lindgren will start Wednesday vs. Colorado. With Washington on a back-to-back, Lindgren will take the crease Wednesday after backing up Darcy Kuemper on Tuesday. The 30-year-old has deservedly earned the majority of the Capitals' starts of late as he's put up a 3-2-1 record, and .928 SV% in his last seven games played. He takes on the Colorado Avalanche on the road Wednesday, who have won five of their last seven games and rank 2nd in the NHL in goals per game (3.77). Source: Jessi Pierce
Georgiev will start against the Capitals on Wednesday. Georgiev will start his third straight game in a Wednesday night matchup against the Washington Capitals. Despite salvaging a respectable 6-3-0 record, Georgiev has been leaky between the pipes lately, posting a .885 SV% while allowing three or more goals in all but one contest. Colorado is a -255 home favourite against a Washington club that the Minnesota Wild defeated 5-3 last night.Source: @Avalanche
Soderblom will start Wednesday in Seattle. Petr Mrazek was rewarded with a two-year contract extension on Wednesday, but the Blackhawks will turn to Soderblom between the pipes for only his second start in the last two weeks. Despite his lack of play, Soderblom has been serviceable lately, allowing three or fewer goals in his last three starts (0-3-0) and posting a solid .918 SV%. That said, the Blackhawks are +262 road underdogs against a Seattle Kraken team outscored 15-5 in their last four games (0-4-0). Source: Phil Thompson
Daccord will start against the Blackhawks on Wednesday. Despite Philipp Grubauer being ready to return from a lower-body injury, it will be Daccord between the pipes for the Kraken when they host the Blackhawks on Wednesday. To say that Daccord deserves to hold onto the starting job in Seattle would be a massive understatement. Since Grubauer suffered the lower-body injury on December 9th, Daccord has been one of the best goaltenders in the NHL, posting a 10-4-3 record and a .939 SV% across 17 starts. He draws a dream matchup at home on Wednesday with the Kraken being -300 favourites over the Blackhawks. Source: Geoff Baker
Hofer will start Wednesday's game in Vancouver. After a come-from-behind 4-3 victory against the Calgary Flames last night, the Blues will switch to Hofer between the pipes on the back end of a back-to-back. Hofer has started about one of every three games for the Blues lately but has not been able to consistently lead them to victory. The 23-year-old Hofer is 0-3-0 in his last three starts, allowing three or more goals in each, posting a pedestrian .900 SV%. The Blues are sizeable +211 road underdogs against a red-hot Vancouver Canucks team that has won eight of their last nine contests (8-1-0).Source: Matthew DeFranks
Levi will start in Los Angeles on Wednesday. Levi will get his first chance back between the pipes for the Sabres since being recalled from Rochester (AHL) on Sunday. Levi's last outing came on January 9th, when he surrendered five goals on just 26 shots as Buffalo fell to the Kraken by a score of 5-2. Time will tell if the three appearances Levi made in the AHL helped him sort out his game, but the Sabres will be hoping their young netminder can improve on the .889 SV% he's posted across 19 NHL appearances this season. He draws a difficult assignment in his return with the Sabres being +160 underdogs in Los Angeles. Source: Mike Harrington
