Hanley will be a healthy scratch on Thursday vs. Winnipeg.

Hanley has played the last seven games for the Stars but will be a healthy scratch on Thursday as Nils Lundkvist makes his return from a concussion. Hanley's presence in the Stars lineup will likely be more limited moving forward with the recent acquisition of Chris Tanev.

The Flames have acquired Artem Grushnikov in a three-team trade with the Stars and Devils.

Grushnikov was a second-round pick (No.48 overall) of the Stars in 2021. The 20-year-old Russian defenseman turned pro at the end of his 2023 season with the Hamilton Bulldogs (OHL) and has five points (1G / 4A) in 45 AHL games since. He should report to Calgary's AHL affiliate.
