Del Mastro was the 105th overall pick of the Chicago Blackhawks in the 2021 NHL Entry Draft. The 21-year-old defenseman has yet to play an NHL game and has spent the entirety of the 2023-24 campaign with the Rockford IceHogs (AHL), scoring 37 points (7G / 30A) in 66 games.

Byram will not dress on Thursday against the Washington Capitals due to personal reasons after missing practice earlier in the day. Byram recorded an assist in Tuesday's 3-2 loss to the Dallas Stars, snapping a seven-game pointless skid.
Kaiser has been reassigned to Rockford (AHL) on Monday.
Kaiser was the third-round pick of the Blackhawks in the 2020 NHL Entry Draft and has split time between the Blackhawks and the Rockford IceHogs (AHL) this season. In 32 games with the Blackhawks, the 21-year-old Kaiser has seven points (0G / 7A).
