Dylan Larkin is day-to-day and will miss Wednesday's game (upper body).

Larkin awkwardly took a puck to the arm/hand during Tuesday's matchup vs. Carolina and will be forced to miss Wednesday's game as he is day-to-day with an upper-body injury. The Red Wings' captain has been enjoying a solid contract season, with 10 goals, 27 points, 94 SOG and a +6 plus/minus through 28 games prior to the injury.

Jeff Petry will not play Monday vs. Dallas as he is day-to-day with an injury (upper body).

Petry is considered day-to-day with an upper-body injury after it was announced Monday that he would be missing the Penguins' contest vs. the Stars. The 35-year-old has had a solid first season in Pittsburgh, with three goals, 12 points, 18 PIMS, 44 SOG and a +4 plus/minus through 28 games this season.

Talbot is scheduled to start but is a game-time decision on Monday.

Talbot was not on the ice for the Senators' morning skate and is considered a game-time decision. It sounds like Talbot is dealing with an illness and will start if he's able to but will give way to Anton Forsberg if he's not 100 percent. Monitor Talbot's status as the Senators hit the ice for warmups at 7:00 PM ET.

Alex DeBrincat is a game-time decision Monday vs. Anaheim.

DeBrincat has point in five straight games (1G/4A) but is a game-time decision Monday as Ottawa hosts Anaheim Monday. If the 24-year-old is forced to miss some time, it will be a big loss for the Senators, as he has seven goals, 22 points, 93 SOG and 12 PPP through 27 games this season.

Petr Mrazek has been activated from the injured reserve (groin).

Mrazek hasn't seen NHL action since Dec. 3rd due to a groin injury which caused the 30-year-old to head to the injured reserve. He rejoins Chicago's lineup Monday having struggled mightily through an injury-filled campaign as he has a 2-5-1 record with a 4.05 GAA and .884 SV%.

Craig Smith will return to the Bruins' lineup Wednesday vs. Colorado (upper body).

Smith missed Monday's contest due to an upper-body injury but will return Wednesday as the Bruins take on Colorado. The 33-year-old has a goal, two assists and 16 SOG through 12 games in an injury-filled season to date.

Talbot will start Tuesday vs. the Kings.

Talbot stopped 25 of 27 shots (.926 SV%) as he picked up his third win in four games his last time out vs. the New York Rangers. The 35-year-old is enjoying a strong first season in the Nation's Capital as shown by his .919 SV%, 2.50 GAA but 4-6-0 record. He takes on the Los Angeles Kings who have lost six of their last eight contests and rank 26th in the league in goals allowed (3.59).

Talbot allowed three goals on 36 shots (.917 SV%) in the Senators loss to the Rangers on Wednesday. The loss snapped a brief two-game winning streak for Talbot, who will face the Rangers again on Friday. Talbot has not won a game in Ottawa this season, butis 3-2-0 with a 2.27 GAA and .928 SV% in five road starts.
