Konecny was forced to leave the Flyers' game on Nov.17th against Boston due to an upper-body injury and is expected to miss 10-14 days. It is a massive loss for the Flyers as at the time of injury Konecny was leading the team in both goals (7) and points (19) through 17 games played.

With the return of Rasmus Ristolainen (lower-body), Egor Zamula will unluckily be the odd man out of the Flyers' lineup Tuesday. The 22-year-old has two points through his first nine games while collecting four shots on goal across only 13:27 ATOI.
Ristolainen has been on the injured reserve with a lower-body injury since last playing Nov 2nd in Toronto. The 28-year-old will be hoping for much better results than his first four games of the season, as he is playing a career-low 17:20 ATOI and is a -4 plus/minus with zero points.
Simmonds will head back to the Maple Leafs after being sent down to Toronto of the AHL earlier in the week. The 34-year-old veteran has one assist in his first three games while playing a fourth-line role with the Maple Leafs. In 1,022 career games played in the NHL, he has 263 goals and 262 assists, and 1,268 PIMs.
Zamula has not played since October 27th but finds himself back into the Flyers lineup vs. Toronto as Philadelphia plays their second of a back-to-back. In seven games this season, the towering 22-year-old has two assists and four SOG across 13:29 ATOI.
It will be the first time the 35-year-old hits the press box this season. In nine games he has no points and nine PIMs while averaging 16:46 TOI.
The Anaheim Ducks announced Monday that defenseman Jamie Drysdale will be out for approximately 4-6 months with a torn labrum after suffering the injury during last Friday's game vs. Vegas. It is a tough likely end to the season for the Ducks' 2020 1st round pick (6th overall) who had yet to acquire a point through eight games in his third NHL season.
