Oshie has been out since October 27th but participated in Friday's practice and Saturday's morning skate. Both are great signs that he'll be available in San Jose, however, he remains listed as a game-time decision.

Eller travelled to Anaheim but was not on the ice for the morning skate and is questionable to play on Tuesday. If Eller is not available, expect Garrett Pilon to serve as the Capitals' third-line centre.
Fucale had a sparkling NHL debut in Detroit on Thursday, stopping all 21 shots that he faced in a shutout victory. Returning him to the AHL suggests that Vitek Vanecek will be available to at least backup on Sunday. Fucale is 3-0-2 with a 1.73 GAA and .933 SV% in five AHL games this season.
Borgstrom will miss Tuesday's game vs. the Penguins due to a non-COVID-related illness. Reese Johnson was recalled from the AHL on Monday and will draw in to replace Borgstrom.
Protas was selected No.91 overall in 2019 and Monday would be his NHL debut if he gets into the lineup in Tampa. The 6-foot-6, 210 lbs. forward has scored three goals with eight assists (11 points) in 22 career AHL games.
Dowd has missed two of the last three games with a lower-body injury that will also keep him out off the lineup on Monday. Moving him to IR frees up a roster spot so the Capitals could bring an extra forward to Tampa. They recalled Aliaksei Protas from Hershey (AHL).
