Connor Hellebuyck is projected to start Wednesday vs. Calgary.

Hellebuyck stopped 31 of 32 shots (.969 SV%) for his second-straight win as he beat the New Jersey Devils in his previous start. The 29-year-old has had an incredibly solid season as he tries to propel the Jets' into the playoffs, with his 34-24-2 record, 2.56 GAA and .918 SV%. He takes on the Calgary Flames, who had a four-game winning streak snapped by a 4-3 loss to Chicago on Wednesday.

Schenn will be a healthy scratch on Tuesday.

Schenn has yet to pick up a point through 10 games with the Maple Leafs since being traded for at the Trade Deadline and will be a healthy scratch Tuesday vs. Columbus. The 33-year-old has three goals and 21 points across 65 games played between Toronto and Vancouver this season.

Shaw left the Wilds' previous game after just 1:28 TOI due to a torn ACL and will now miss the remainder of the 2022-23 season and playoffs. The 24-year-old's year comes to an end with seven goals, 10 assists, 92 SOG, 79 PIMs and a -1 plus/minus through 59 games before the injury.

Hellebuyck allowed three goals on 30 shots (.900 SV%) for his second-straight loss as he we handed the defeat by San Jose in his previous start. The 29-year-old has enjoyed an incredibly strong season and is nearing 60 appearances (58), with his 32-24-2 record, 2.60 GAA and .917 SV%. He takes on the Detroit Red Wings, who have won their last two games but are 24th in the NHL in goals per game (2.92).

Hellebuyck allowed three goals on 28 shots (.892 SV%) to snap a two-game winning streak as he lost to the Los Angeles Kings in his previous start. The 29-year-old has been great this season as he attempts to keep the Jets in a playoff position, with his 32-23-2 record, 2.59 GAA and .918 SV%. He will face the free-falling San Jose Sharks, who are in the midst of a nine-game losing streak and are 25th in the NHL in goals (2.85).

The 27-year-old has struggled all year, so his recent success is a good sign, leading to his 9-9-0 record, 3.72 GAA and .882 SV%. He will take on the Montreal Canadiens, who have lost 10 of their last 13 games and are 30th in the NHL in shots per game (27.4).

Vilardi was hurt in the Kings' last game but head coach Todd McLellan believes he'll be an option on Saturday. Vilardi skated in his usual spot with Alex Iafallo and Blake Lizotte in Friday's practice, a good sign that he'll play vs. the Jets.
