Martinez missed Saturday's game in Edmonton due to personal reasons but will play Tuesday vs. the Oilers. Martinez has just 13 points (2G / 11A) in 68 games this season but leads the NHL with 221 blocked shots.

Tinordi is dealing with a reoccurring hip injury and is expected to come out of the lineup on Tuesday. It's unclear who will replace Tinordi, but it will likely be Ian Mitchell or Wyatt Kaiser. Tinordi has had a difficult time with injuries this season, missing 31 of 73 games (42.5%) so far.

Comrie was perfect in his last start, stopping 26 of 26 shots for his first shutout of the season as he picked up his fifth win in six games his last time out vs. the New York Islanders. The 27-year-old has struggled all year, so his recent success is a good sign, leading to his 9-9-0 record, 3.72 GAA and .882 SV%. He will take on the Montreal Canadiens, who have lost 10 of their last 13 games and are 30th in the NHL in shots per game (27.4).


Sogaard stopped 27 of 29 shots (.931 SV%) to snap a five-game losing streak as he beat the Tampa Bay Lightning in his previous start. The 22-year-old rookie netminder has struggled in his first NHL showing, with his 6-5-2 record, 3.27 GAA and .890 SV%. He takes on the Florida Panthers, who are in the midst of a three-game losing streak but lead the league in shots per game (36.9).

Sweezey has 11 assists, 62 PIMs and a -12 plus/minus in 52 games with the Cleveland Monsters (AHL) and has been recalled Monday on an emergency basis. The 27-year-old returns to Columbus for a second time this season, having failed to pick up a point in his one-game showing with the Blue Jackets' earlier this season.

Smith left the Golden Knights' previous game after 11:39 TOI and is expected to miss this week as he deals with a lower-body injury. The 31-year-old has 24 goals, 27 assists, 167 SOG, 16 PIMs and a +8 plus/minus through 72 games prior to his injury.

Thompson had to leave the Golden Knights' previous game vs. Calgary after 53:53 due to a lower-body injury and will now be forced to miss at least the next three games. The 26-year-old rookie netminder has had a great season, with his 21-13-3 record, 2.65 GAA and .915 SV%.

Kesselring had an assist, eight SOG, six PIMs and a -3 plus/minus through eight games with Arizona but has been reassigned to Tucson (AHL) on Monday. He returns to the minors, where he has 14 goals, 10 assists, 45 PIMs and a +7 plus/minus through 52 games between Tucson and Bakersfield (AHL).
