Zaitsev missed Saturday’s game and both practices on Monday and Tuesday because of an illness, so it doesn’t look like he’ll be available for Wednesday’s game vs. the Stars. Zaitsev is officially listed as questionable, so monitor his status during tomorrow’s morning skate.

Murray has missed the last seven games with a concussion but he faced “full shots” before Tuesday’s practice and will accompany the team on their three-game road trip that starts Wednesday in New York. This doesn’t guarantee that Murray will start on the trip, but at least opens the door for him to practice with the team.

Bernier, who had to leave his first start after a concussion after being hit in the head by a shot, was reportedly feeling better on Monday but he remains out indefinitely. Bernier missed nearly one month the first time around, but head injuries and concussion recovery times always vary. Spencer Martin was recalled but Semyon Varlamov will likely start every game until Bernier is back.

Condon allowed two goals on 37 shots in the Senators loss to the Flames last Friday. With Craig Anderson going last night, the Senators will turn to Condon tonight in Tampa Bay. Condon has played better as of late, stopping 115 of the last 124 shots (.927 SV%) that he has faced, but is 0-3-1 in those four starts.

The Predators will continue to rotate players out of the lineup to get them some rest with a playoff spot locked up. It looks like Calle Jarnkrok will draw back in for Hartnell, who will sit tonight and likely draw bak in in Arizona on Thursday.

Marchand took the ice for warmups but was a late scratch against the Blackhawks on Sunday afternoon. However, he was on the ice for the Bruins morning skate on Tuesday and should play despite being labeled as a game-time decision.

Hutchinson allowed three goals on 36 shots in the Jets win in Dallas on February 24th. With Steve Mason out with 2-3 weeks with a knee injury, Hutchinson is back up with the Jets and is expected to start tonight in Nashville. The 28-year-old has gone 2-0-0 while stopping 56 of 60 shots (.933 SV%) in his only two NHL starts this season.

Olofsson was in the lineup for the last three games, but he will be scratched tonight with Nick Seeler (biceps) returning to the lineup. Olofsson is still searching for his first goal of the 2017-18 season.

Seeler has missed the last three games with a biceps injury, but will replace Gustav Olofsson tonight vs. the Avalanche. The 6-foot-2, 200 lbs. defenseman has picked up two assists in 11 games since being recalled from Iowa (AHL).

Niemi allowed two goals on 34 shots in the Canadiens shootout loss in Tampa Bay on Saturday. With Charlie Lindgren starting last night, the Canadiens will turn to Niemi again tonight. Niemi has gone 2-0-3 with a 1.73 GAA and .951 SV% in his last five starts, but has a tough matchup with the Stars in town.

Lethonen allowed two goals on 29 shots in the Stars loss in Pittsburgh on Sunday. In three starts since Ben Bishop got hurt, Lehtonen has gone 1-2-0 despite allowing just four goals on 89 shots (.955 SV%). Tonight he faces the Canadiens, who are on the tail-end of a back-to-back. Lehtonen has gone 8-6-1 with a 1.83 GAA and .932 SV% on the road this year.

Dubnyk allowed three goals on 27 shots in the Wild’s loss in Edmonton on Saturday. The loss snapped a three-game winning streak for Dubnyk, who is 3-2-0 with a 2.89 GAA and .904 SV% in his last five starts. Tonight he will look for revenge against the Avalanche—he is 0-2-0 with an ugly 8.47 GAA and .776 SV% against Colorado this season.

Vasilevskiy allowed three goals on 30 shots in the Lightning’s win over the Rangers last Thursday. He was given Saturday night off, so he will be well rested coming into tonight’s game vs. the Senators. Vasilevskiy has enjoyed a lot of run support recently, winning three in a row despite allowing 13 goals on 122 shots (.893 SV%)—Tampa has scored 17 goals in front of him.

Johnsson, 23, was a seventh round pick in 2013 and could make his NHL debut on Wednesday. Johnsson has ripped up the AHL this season, leading the Marlies with 54 points (26G / 28A) in 54 games this season.

With Nikita Zaitsev battling an illness, Rosen has been summoned from the AHL, where he has picked up 17 points (1G / 16A) in 50 games. He had one assist in four games with the Maple Leafs earlier this season.

Ullmark has gone 20-11-4 with a 2.44 GAA and .923 SV% in 42 games with Rochester this season. He stopped 44 of 45 shots in a wing effort in his only start with the Sabres this season. Ullmark is the Sabres’ goalie of the future and could get a few starts down the stretch.

Quick was pulled after he allowed four goals on 29 shots in the Kings loss to the Blues on Saturday. Quick has won three of his last five starts while posting a 2.78 GAA and .913 SV% and draws a nice matchup tonight with the Canucks in town on the tail-end of a back-to-back.

Despite dealing with kidney stones, it looks like Desharnais will give it a go tonight vs. the Hurricanes. He will centre the fourth line though, so he has no fantasy relevance.

Howard gave up four goals on 32 shots in the Red Wings loss to the Golden Knights last Thursday. Howard will be back in net after Jared Coreau started on Friday. Howie has lost five starting while giving up 15 goals on 146 shots (.897 SV%). He is a risky start until the 2018-19 season.
