Bernier was scratched last night due to an illness, but will join the team in Tampa Bay tonight and could return to the crease tonight. Monitor his status as puck-drop nears.

Mason missed the last four games with a back injury, but is expected to return tonight in Arizona. He stopped 31 of 32 shots in tough-luck shootout loss to the Panthers in his last start. Mason draws a nice matchup tonight but he is an ugly 1-6-3 with a 2.65 GAA and .921 SV% on the road this season.
Granlund suffered an upper-body injury on Saturday and is out indefinitely. The Wild have placed him on IR in order to recall Tyler Graovac from Iowa.
Sutter has recorded one assist in two games with the Wild this season. In 30 games in Iowa, he has 15 points (6G /9A) in 30 games.
Graovac, 21, was the Wild’s seventh round pick (191st overall) in 2011. Graovac has 12 goals and 12 assists (24 points) in 31 games with Iowa this season. He could make his NHL debut on Monday in Winnipeg.
Friberg, 22, has registered five goals and six assists (11 points) in 14 games with Norfolk this season. He is expected to make his NHL debut tonight vs. the Canucks.
Andersen stopped 28 of 29 shots in the Ducks shootout loss to the Coyotes last night. After having a three-day break, Andersen will start back-to-back games for the fifth times this season. Andersen is 2-2-0 with a 3.99 GAA and .875 SV% on zero days rest this season.
The Panthers get back into action today after a four-day Christmas break and with no back-to-back game on Monday, there is no doubt that it should be Luongo vs. the Maple Leafs. Bobby Lu allowed three goals on 27 shots in a 4-3 shootout win over the Penguins on Monday. He has gone 6-2-1 with a 2.25 GAA and .919 SV% in December.
Miller allowed one goal on 39 shots in the Canucks win over the Coyotes on Monday. He has won two in a row while stopped 64 of 67 shots (.955 SV%). Tonight he will face a Ducks team on the tail end of a back-to-back;coming off of a shootout loss to Arizona.

Reimer allowed four goals on 34 shots in the Maple Leafs loss to the Blackhawks last Saturday. Reimer has gone 3-3-0 with a 3.25 GAA and .910 SV%. He draws an OK matchup vs. a Panthers team who are sixth in the Atlantic Division and 8-4-2 at home.
Hiller turned aside 26 of 27 shots in Saturday’s 4-1 win over the Oilers. After not winning a game for over one month, Hiller has won two in a row with a 1.95 GAA and .934 SV%. Tonight he will face a Kings team he is very familiar with from his days with Anaheim—he made 31 saves in a 4-3 OT win in L.A last Monday.
Richards has missed the last three games with an upper-body injury, but he will be back tomorrow vs. the Predators. Richards has six goals and 12 assists (18 points) in 33 games this season.
Elliott has been sidelined with a knee sprain since November 28th. With Elliott set to return, the Blues will likely part ways with Martin Brodeur, because they will not put Jake Allen on waivers.

Crawford gave up two goals on 23 shots in the Blackhawks 5-2 win over the Avalanche on Saturday. It was Crawford’s first win since returning from a foot injury and pushed him to 13-6-2 on the season. Tonight he makes his second start vs. the Predators, he made 19 saves in a 2-1 win in Chicago in October.
Brodeur stopped all 10 shots that he faced after replacing jake Allen last Tuesday vs. the Avs. Tonight, he will start vs. Colorado in what could be his final NHL game, unless the Blues elect to keep him and send Jake Allen back to the AHL. Brodeur is 2-2-0 with a 3.29 GAA and .892 SV% since signing with St. Louis.
Perry took part in the Ducks optional morning skate, but will not play tonight vs. the Canucks. The next game he is eligible to return in would be Wednesday against the Sharks. Monitor his status leading up to Wednesday.
Hornqvist suffered a lower-body injury in Saturday’s loss to the Capitals. The Penguins injury woes continue. Don’t expect to see Hornqvist until at least the middle of January.
