Crawford allowed two goals on 38 shots in the Blackhawks winning Nashville last Thursday. Scott Darling started on Friday, but Crawford is expected to get the nod outdoors this afternoon. He has posted a 2.38 GAA and .934 SV% in three starts since returning to the crease. He is also 1-1-0 with a 2.03 GAA and .933 SV% in his first two starts vs. the Blues this season.

Burmistrov has been sidelined since December 6th, but is ready to return from injury, but it will be in a different uniform. Burmistrov has just two assists in 23 games this season after picking up 21 points (7G / 14A) in 81 games last year.

Boucher started the year with the Devils, where he collected two assists in nine games before being put on waivers and being claimed by Nashville on December 3rd. He only appeared in three games with the Predators and recorded one goal. He returns to New Jersey, where he has 11 goals and 18 assists (20 points) in 82 games.

Price allowed four goals on 41 shots in the Canadiens’ loss in Pittsburgh on New Year’s Eve. Price has shockingly lost three in a row while allowing a combined 11 goals on 97 shots (.887 SV%). Price will look to get 2017 off to a good start tonight in Nashville—he has gone 4-2-2 with a 2.46 GAA and .918 SV% in eight road starts this season.

Zacha was a healthy scratch for the last two games, but will replace Jacob Josefson in the lineup tonight vs. the Bruins. Zacha’s offensive numbers leave little to be desired at this point in his career—he has collected just two goals and five assists in 30 games this season.

Josefson missed the Devils’ morning skate and will not play against the Bruins. With Josefson out, Pavel Zacha will be back in the lineup. Consider him as day-to-day.

Hall missed the last two games with a lower-body injury, but will be back in the lineup vs. the Bruins. Hall has an assist in three straight games and has picked up eight goals and 15 assists (23 points) in 27 games this season. Expect him to skate with Adam Henrique and P.A. Parenteau.

Santini, 21, made his NHL debut last season and will make his season debut tonight vs. the Bruins. The 2013 second round pick (42nd overall) has no points in 15 games with Albany this season. Expect him to skate on the right side of Jon Merrill.

Erne, 21, was a second round pick in 2013 (33rd overall) and it looks like he could make his NHL debut on Tuesday. Erne has been recalled because Brian Boyle is day-to-day. He comes to the Lightning have scored eight goals with 10 assists (18 points) in 31 games with Syracuse.

Froese appeared in two games with the Maple Leafs, but has been a healthy scratch for the last three games. The 25-year-old returns to the Marlies, where he has 12 goals and five assists (17 points) in 27 games this season.

Corrado has sat around waiting for a chance to play all season long. Corrado has only appeared in one game with the Maple Leafs, so he head to the Marlies where he will likely play with them for the full two weeks that you’re allotted while on a conditioning stint. The 23-year-old had three assists in seven games with the Marlies last season.

Bobrovsky stopped 29 of31 shots in the Blue Jackets’ win in Minnesota on New Year’s Eve. Bobrovsky has now won 13 in a row and was a perfect 12-0-0 with a 1.75 GAA and .939 SV% in December. Bob has been incredible the season and needs to be given a lot of the credit in Columbus. Tonight he faces the Oilers for the second time this season—he stopped 33 of 34 shots in a 3-1 win in a win in mid-December.

Larsson remains in hospital after sustaining a dislocating his wrist and elbow in Saturday’s loss with the Bruins. Larsson was injured when crashed hard into the boards and is expected to miss at least a few weeks.

Rask stopped 26 of 27 shots in the Bruins win over the Sabres on Saturday and since the Bruins next game isn’t until Thursday, expect Rask to start again vs. New Jersey. Head coach Claude Julien will speak to the media around 5:50pm ET, but don’t expect confirmation until warmups at 6:30pm ET.

Schwartz missed Sunday's practice with an illness, but is expected to play in the Winter Classic vs. the Blackhawks. Schwartz is expected to skate on a line with Jori Lehtera and Vladimir Tarasenko and comes in with 12 goals and nine assists (21 points) in 33 games.

Kruger left last Friday’s game with an upper-body injury and will miss the Winter Classic and at least the next two weeks. Kruger has 10 points (2G / 8A) in 39 games this season and is expected to be replaced by Tanner Kero this afternoon.

Hossa was expected to be in the lineup for the Winter Classic, but will end up missing his fifth straight game with an upper-body injury. Hossa is day-to-day and is questionable for Thursday’s game vs. the Sabres.

Montoya, 31, has gone 4-4-2 with a 2.74 GAA and .909 SV% in his first season with the Canadiens. This signing probably has less to do with signing Montoya than it does with having a goalie to expose to the expansion draft this summer. For the rest of this season, Montoya will be one of the better spot-start options behind a strong Canadiens team.
