If you need Sunday goalie numbers, this matchup sets up nicely for him.

Petr Mrazek
Andersen starts Sunday vs. Winnipeg.

Andersen allowed four goals on 25 shots n the Ducks win over the Wild on Friday. It was the second straight game that Andersen has given up four and come away with the win. It was a rough night to say the least, but the Bruins will give him a chance to bounce back right away tonight in Arizona. The B’s are off until Thursday after tonight so it would be good for Rask to go into a lengthy break on a high note.

Tuukka Rask

As expected, Sharp will not play tonight vs. the Predators. However, he is very close to being back in the lineup and it appears as if he could be back on Tuesday vs. the Devils. Monitor his status leading up to that game.

Patrick Sharp
Darling starts for the Blackhawks.

Antti Raanta got the start last night and was forced to make 38 saves in the win, the busy night means Darling will tonight. Darling is not a terrible option given his 1.98 GAA and .933 SV% in three games with Chicago this season. Despite the strong numbers, he is a bit of a risky spot-start on the road vs. a Preds team who have won five of six.

Sounds like Darling could get the start for Chicago tonight.

Antti Raanta got the start last night and was forced to make 38 saves in the win, which will likely force the Hawks hand to go with Darling tonight. Darling is not a terrible option given his 1.98 GAA and .933 SV% in three games with Chicago this season. Despite the strong numbers, he is a bit of a risky spot-start on the road vs. a Preds team who have won five of six.

Scott Darling
Vanek skated on the Wild’s top line on Saturday.

Vanek had been stuck on the third line with Kyle Brodziak and Nino Niederreiter, but this afternoon he moved to the top line with Mikael Granlund and Zach Parise. It has not been a great return home for Vanek, who has just 14 points (2G / 12A) in 25 games. A move to the top-line should hopefully get him going.
