Crawford started Saturday's game because Antti Raanta is dealing with an illness.

Raanta was scheduled to start his first game in nearly one month, but did not end up starting because he was "not feeling well". Crawford has gone 5-4-0 with a 2.11 GAA and .925 SV% in the month of November. If you accidentally left him in your lineup, you’re lucky because he draws a beauty of a matchup vs. the Oilers.

Corey Crawford
Ward starts in goal for the Hurricanes.

Ward gave up three goals on 39 shots in a loss to the Kings on Thursday. He has lost three of his last four with a 2.81 GAA and .913 SV%. Despite a rough stretch, Ward has been extremely consistent over the last month. He draws a strong matchup tonight vs. a banged up Avalanche team still struggling to score goals.

Cam Ward
Lehtonen starts vs. the Kings.

Lehtonen stopped 26 of 27 shots in the Stars 3-1 win over the Coyotes on Thursday. The win snapped a three game losing streak for Lehtonen, who is 3-5-0 with a 3.05 GAA and .903 SV% in November. It has been an ugly first quarter of the season for Lehtonen, but the Stars are hoping Thursday is a sign of things to come.

Kari Lehtonen
Quick leads the Kings onto the ice for warmups.

Quick gave up two goals on 27 shots in the Kings’ 3-2 victory over the Hurricanes on Thursday. He has won three in a row with a 1.98 GAA and .932 SV%. He is a must-start in all formats whenever he gets the call, tonight he faces an under performing Stars team.

Jonathan Quick
Rinne leads the Preds onto the ice for warmups.

Rinne allowed two goals on 31 shots in the Predators 9-2 destruction of the Maple Leafs on Tuesday. Rinne has been ridiculous in November—posting a 6-1-0 record, 1.86 GAA and .933 SV%. He was given Thursday off so its a near certainty that he will face the Panthers tonight. Rinne is a must-start.

Pekka Rinne
Luongo leads the Panthers onto the ice for warmups.

Luongo allowed two goals on 30 shots in the Panthers shootout win over the Sharks on Thursday. It was a nice bounce-back after Bobby Lu had allowed seven combined goals in his previous two starts (both losses). Tonight, he will face the red-hot Pekka Rinne and the Predators.

Roberto Luongo
Bernier leads the Leafs onto the ice for warmups.

Bernier is not on the ice for the Maple Leafs morning skate, which suggests he will start tonight vs. Detroit. He had a nice bounce-back game on Thursday, stopping 26 of 28 shots in a 5-2 win over the Lightning. It has been a crazy up-and-down first quarter of the season for Bernier, but he was great in his first outing vs. the Wings—he stopped 31 of 32 shots in a 1-0 OT loss.

Jonathan Bernier
Semin is expected to be back in the Hurricanes lineup on Saturday.

Semin was a healthy scratch on Thursday vs. the Kings, but he should be back in tonight. Semin skated on the third line with Jeff Skinner and Victor Rask this morning, which suggests he will play. He has suited up for 14 games so far and is still searching for his first goal of the season. He has a wicked wrister, so it should only be a matter of time before he finds the back of the net.

Alexander Semin
Rask will face the Habs on Saturday.

Rask stopped all 33 shots he faced in a 2-0 win over the Blues on Tuesday. He was given last night off so he could get a crack at the Canadiens tonight. There’s something about Montreal that Rask can’t figure out—he is 3-11-3 lifetime against the Habs and 0-5-3 vs. Montreal at TD Garden.

Tuukka Rask
Mason gets the call in goal for the Flyers.

Mason allowed two goals on 34 shots in the Flyers 2-0 loss to the Rangers on Wednesday. He was given Thursday night off, but will be back in the cage tonight when the Flyers host his former team. He gave up four goals on 38 shots in a 4-3 loss to the Blue Jackets last Friday.

Steve Mason
Bobrovsky start back-to-back for the Blue Jackets.

Bobrovsky was sensational on Friday, stopping 38 of 41 shots and then six of seven shootout attempts in the loss to the Bruins. Despite the busy evening, Goalie Bob will be back in goal tonight vs. his former team in Philadelphia. In his first two career starts vs. Philly he is 2-0-0 with a 1.00 GAA and .969 SV%.

Sergei Bobrovsky
Dubnyk is the confirmed starter for Arizona.

Dubnyk stopped 33 of 34 shots in the Coyotes 2-1 win over the Oilers on Sunday. He has played well all year, but he has been especially great in his last two starts, earning two wins while stopping 88 of 89 shots (.989 SV%). Tonight he faces a struggling Sharks team who are 2-4-1 in their last seven.

Burrows (upper-body) did not practice on Saturday.

Head coach Willie Desjardins did not have an update on Burrows upper-body injury after practice, but his absence this afternoon puts his status for Sunday’s game in doubt. With Burrows out, Linden Vey skated in the top-6 again.

Alexandre Burrows
Demers will make his Stars debut on Saturday.

Demers was acquired from the Sharks on Friday and he skated on the Stars’ second pair with Trevor Daley. “He’s a good puck-moving guy, a right-handed shot,” said Daley. “He’s a guy that can jump in to be in your top four and eat up a lot of minutes.” Daley will also man the point with Alex Goligoski on the Stars second power-play unit.

Jason Demers
Niemi is the Sharks confirmed starter.

Niemi surrendered two goals on 28 shots in a shootout loss to the Panthers on Thursday. Niemi has lost five of his last six outings with a 2.67 GAA and .908 SV%. Despite his recent struggles he should make for a strong start vs. the Coyotes.

Antti Niemi
Dubnyk was the first goalie off the ice at the Coyotes game day skate.
