Surprisingly, Price has only started twice on the road so far this season, unsurprisingly he has won both of them with a 1.46 GAA and .944 SV%.

Niemi stopped 30 of 31 shots in the Stars’ win over the Canucks on Friday. Niemi has won his last two games, while turning aside 57 of 60 shots (.950 SV%). It has been a nice stretch in an otherwise ugly two months for Niemi, who comes into Monday with a 5.55 GAA and .846 SV% on the road. With Jordan Staal sidelined indefinitely with a concussion, the Hurricanes have brought Di Giuseppe back from the AHL. Di Giuseppe failed to record a point in 11 games with the Hurricanes earlier this season, but played well in Charlotte, collecting seven points (2G / 5A) in eight games.

Staal was caught by a stick in the head/neck area on Sunday and is reportedly out indefinitely after a suffering a concussion. This is a tough blow for the Hurricanes, who will be without their best two-way centre. Look for both Elias Lindholm and Victor Rask to play an increased role with Staal out. Phil Di Giuseppe was also recalled in a corresponding move.

Tonight he will make his final start of November—he has gone 8-2-1 with a 2.24 GAA and .920 SV% in the previous 11 games this month. Tonight will be his second start vs. the Lightning, he stopped 25 of 28 in a 5-3 win in Tampa Bay last Friday.

Little has been out since the season opener, missing the last 23 games with a lower-body injury. On Monday, Little skated on a line with with Blake Wheeler and Drew Stafford and is also expected to skate on the second power-play unit. Monitor Little’s status during the Jets’ morning skate on Tuesday.

Liles suffered an upper-body injury on Sunday and will not travel to Philadelphia for Tuesday’s game. With Liles and Zdeno Chara out, Joe Morrow will draw back into the lineup vs. the Flyers.

Crawford has gone 5-1-2 with a 1.87 GAA and .939 SV% on home ice this season and he’ll take on a Florida team that has lost two of three and just fired their coach on Sunday.

Pickard allowed two goals on 31 shots in Colorado’s loss to the Canucks on Saturday. Despite the loss, it was a strong outing for Pickard, so he will start his second straight game tonight vs. Nashville. Pickard has made three starts on home-ice this season, going 1-1-1 with a 1.96 GAA and .932 SV% at the Pepsi Center.

Hamhuis has picked up just five assists in 21 games in his first season with the Stars. He has been held pointless in his last six games and played a season-low 16:03 TOI on Friday. He will serve as a healthy scratch for the second time this season, which means Patrik Nemeth will draw back into the lineup.

Biega has appeared in one NHL and one AHL game this season, failing to record a point in each. Biega has picked up just eight points (1G / 7A) in 59 career NHL games. With Alex Edler out for at least one month, Biega is expected to draw into the lineup on Tuesday.
