Carlsson (undisclosed) is expected to play in Vegas on Monday.

Carlsson was limited to only 11:41 time-on-ice before exiting Sunday's 5-4 win over Utah HC with an undisclosed injury. The second-year forward has 12 points (7G / 5A) in 26 games this season and has only one point (1G / 0A) in his last seven.

Leo Carlsson
Hill will start against the Ducks on Monday.

The Golden Knights are riding a three-game winning streak and will turn to Hill between the pipes on Monday against the Anaheim Ducks. Hill was solid in his previous outing, saving 19 of 20 shots (.950 SV%) in a 3-1 win over the Vancouver Canucks. He has a 2.69 GAA and .901 SV% in 21 games (14-5-2) this season. The Golden Knights enter Monday's contest as significant -325 home favorites against a Ducks squad that played yesterday, defeating the Utah Hockey club 5-4.

Adin Hill
Hughes (undisclosed) is on the ice for warmups and is expected to play against the Sharks on Monday.

Hughes' status for Monday's game against the Sharks was suddenly put in doubt when Canucks head coach Rick Tocchet announced he was a game-time decision just a little over two hours before puck drop. Thankfully for Canucks fans, Hughes took full part in warmups and appears to be good to go for Vancouver's final game before the holiday break.

Quinn Hughes
Demko will start against the Sharks on Monday.

Demko will make his fifth start of the season when the Canucks host the Sharks on Monday. Demko turned in a solid performance his last time out, allowing three goals on 31 shots in a 3-2 overtime defeat in Utah on Wednesday. The 29-year-old netminder has posted a 1-1-2 record and an .887 SV% since returning from injury on December 10th. He draws a great matchup tonight as the Canucks enter action at -260 on the money line.

Thatcher Demko
Smith will be out four to six weeks with a lower-body injury.

It's a tough break for the Predators' fourth liner, who likely won't be back until the middle of February. Justin Barron is expected to make his Preds debut in Smith's place as Nashville opts to dress seven defencemen against the Hurricanes on Monday.

Cole Smith
Gustavsson will start against the Blackhawks on Monday.

Gustavsson has been away from the team for five games, healing from a lower-body injury, but will return to the crease on Monday against the Chicago Blackhawks. The 26-year-old Gustavsson allowed nine goals on 51 shots (.824 SV%) in his last two games but has been one of the best goalies in the NHL this season, posting a stellar 2.24 GAA and .922 SV% in 22 games (14-5-3). Minnesota enters Monday's contest as sizeable -209 home favorites against a Chicago club they defeated 3-2 on November 29th.

Filip Gustavsson
Tokarski will start in Nashville on Monday.

Coming off a 3-1 win over the New York Rangers yesterday afternoon, the Hurricanes will turn to Tokarski between the pipes in the tail end of their back-to-back. Tokarski played his first NHL game since the 2022-23 season last week and saved 27 of 28 shots (.964 SV%) in a 4-1 victory over the Columbus Blue Jackets. The 35-year-old Tokarski has a 3.12 GAA and .903 SV% in 81 career NHL appearances (24-34-12). Carolina enters Monday's contest as -118 road favorites against a Nashville Predators club with points in three straight (2-0-1).

Dustin Tokarski
Saros will start against the Hurricanes on Monday.

Saros will make his league-leading 28th start of the season when the Predators host the Hurricanes on Monday. Saros struggled his last time out, surrendering five goals on just 20 shots in a 5-4 overtime loss to the Penguins. Despite owning a respectable .907 SV% on the year, Nashville's franchise netminder leads the NHL in both regulation and overtime losses with 14 and six, respectively. Saros and the Preds enter action on Monday as slight underdogs at +106 on the money line.

Juuse Saros
Luukkonen will start on Long Island on Monday.

The Sabres are amid an NHL-worst 13-game losing skid (0-10-3) and will be desperate for a victory before the holiday break. After starting the season with a solid .914 SV% in 15 appearances (8-5-1), Luukkonen has regressed significantly, posting an ugly .850 SV% in his last eight (0-6-2). The Sabres enter Monday's contest as +133 road underdogs against a New York Islanders club that defeated them 3-0 on November 30th.

Ukko-Pekka Luukkonen
Hughes (undisclosed) will be a game-time decision against the Sharks on Monday.

With just over two hours until puck drop, Canucks head coach Rick Tocchet announced his superstar defenceman was in danger of missing Monday's game against the Sharks. Tocchet also added that the injury just occurred in the Canucks game against the Senators on Saturday, and that Hughes will likely want to play through it, which suggests it's unlikely to be a long-term injury. We most likely won't have confirmation on Hughes' status until shortly before puck drop on Monday.

Quinn Hughes
Fabbro (lower-body) will play against the Canadiens on Monday.

Fabbro exited Tuesday's game against the Tampa Bay Lightning early in the second period after a knee-on-knee collision with Conor Geekie and has not played since. The 26-year-old defenseman is averaging 19:19 time-on-ice and has seven points (3G / 4A) in 24 games this season.

Dante Fabbro
Werenski (lower-body) will play against the Canadiens on Monday.

Despite battling a lower-body injury, Werenski still played a whopping 27:32 time-on-ice in Saturday's 5-4 loss to the Philadelphia Flyers. The 27-year-old Werenski has been incredible this season, pacing for career bests in all offensive categories, scoring 32 points (11G / 21A) and averaging a career-high 26:26 in 34 games.

Zach Werenski
Severson is listed as a scratch for Monday's game against the Canadiens.

Severson was a surprise scratch on Monday, with his absence not being announced prior to warmups. Severson did take part in the team's morning skate and stayed on for extra work, which suggests he may be a healthy scratch. Denton Mateychuk will draw into the lineup and make his NHL debut in place of Severson.
